For the last year I have been using UltData software to recover deleted data from android phones and I am satisfied with it. It is easy to install and simple to use. No prior knowledge is required.

I am very happy with the product as it worked the first time to unlock a phone. In addition, the cancellation of the subscription was confirmed on the same day, which is not a matter of course.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which I have not been using for a long time and have forgotten the pattern. I purchased 4uKey for Android (Win) and tried, everything went well until downloads and my phone went off and on. But the pattern was not removed. I tried the second time and my phone entered a "Recovering..." mode (totally different from a standard Recovery mode which you can enter and exit with three keys on the sides of the phone. After that several email exchanges did not help: every time the support team sends such basic information that I already know or a link that does not work. In between I became so busy and forgot about it, and yesterday I got a message from my bank about a renewal from Tenor. I emailed the customer support for refunds. Their reply was: "Very sorry for the inconvenience (which does not help at all) and I will send you the lifetime product activation code that you like for free or upgrade your purchase to a lifetime version". Two of your products did not work, and now how can you offer something that is not going to work or that I am not going to use?

IAnygo is the best location changing app available. It works great every time and is seamless to use. Tenorshare support is also great. They always respond quickly to any issues.

The team at tenorshare have been nothing but helpful and very eager to get you through any difficulties, rapid response every time.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Basically, product (key4u to unlock iphone) won't work unless you pay a hefty fee over £20, but it does work. What you don't realise is that you are buying a monthly subcription via credit card, which is the only way to get rid off may be to cancel my credit card. First attempt to cancel online said I could not cancel the subscription but I could contact customer via this form for which the link doesn't work, or email this mysterious email address, which I have just done, but do not expect much result. In any case, they have ripped me off 10 or 11 monthly subscriptions so far. AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF. ZERO STAR IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE.

This tool is just life saver if you lost your data, 2nd thing is customer service they are just awesome answer your queries in no time. Overall Good Experience.

Tendorshare has to be the best hands down. They are so very helpful and kind they will accommodate any problems you have that's so freaking awesome. Thank you guys keep doing what yoh do!

Because I changed to a new phone, the most troublesome part was that I couldn't retain my LINE chat history when switching from Android to iOS. However, I used iCareFone for LINE, and it worked like a charm. My LINE chat history transferred seamlessly without any issues. I highly recommend everyone to use this software.

I used many different types of programs to remove frp locks. But this is far most easiest and fastest one I have used. I am very happy with it and quick costumer service replies is another bonus.

Purchased the Tenorshare ReiBoot for Android. The programme does absolutely nothing... it is presented as being able to repair your android device. All it actually does is present you short commands that you can already find on the internet... like how to enter or exit download mode. I have contacted their customer service for a refund, and they mocked me with their answers - like I talked to the manager, we will for free cancel your subscription ( really? My subscription was already canceled from the moment their product didn't work), they talked to me pretty much like I was some dumb person... they would do anything not to solve your issue, no matter what your argument are. You say it is not working, they say they will offer you another awesome program for free. What should I do with another not working programme that I don't need? In the end, after "talking to the manager" ( I found this hilarious) they so generously offered me half ot the price I paid back... Yeah. Issued the case with paypal ( the smart thing to do, paying through a third party) and they agreed with me. Got a full refund and not buying anything from them ever again.

New to the product but very impressed. I enjoy the quality of the customer service and the product itself worked great for my Samsung galaxy s9. Would highly recommend.

When I was repairing my phone, I had some software problems, and I wrote to ask for help. The customer service responded quickly to me and provided favorable services.

I tried many, many programs related to the iPhone, and the result was that the jailbreak should be used, but with these products, the matter is completely different.the five stars are well deserved.

I have an iPhone XR that shows nothing on screen but can be seen by my computer when put in DFU mode, so I contacted the Tensorshare Support Team about using ReiBoot on Windows to solve this issue. Their Customer Support Team was quick to answer back and provided helpful advice as I was reminded of a few limitations of the device, hardware details that could cause my issue, and that I will lose my data (which is easy to forget) when using ReiBoot in Deep Repair. The parameters of the application were explained with care and I was told to reach out again if I had any issues during or after I utilized ReiBoot Pro to fix my device, which I greatly appreciate. All of my questions were answered and I feel comfortable giving ReiBoot a try and leveraging their Support Staff to get my device working again!

On receipt of the software I quickly determined that it wouldn't work for me. After some back and forth they decided that they couldn't determine that it was an issue with the software and refused to refund. (They offered me a different product for free with an unlimited license which I didn't take.)
In spite of the above, a year later they charged me again for this software. When I reminded them of our correspondence from a year ago, they said they would not refund the renewal fee, and again offered a free alternative product.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL or other payment info. They abused that in my case to unethically take my money. They might do the same to you!

Clearly from the other feedback here they do this on a frequent basis.

I recently downloaded and started using this iOS app and I must say that my experience has been quite positive so far. I don't do very many things on a computer and I don't know to much about software n phones either, but every question I had to both of my issues with each android or iPhone was answered right away and the customer service was great. The first time I ordered 4ukey for iPhone I accidentally asked for the software On windows instead of my Mac and they responded right away with a new key and explained the process to me n I would recommend this to everyone cause we all have issues with our phones eventually or know someone close to us that will n whether it's the 4ukey for ios or the 4ukey I eventually got also for my daughter's Droid the apps are easy to use and everything works perfect.
I've just a t now downloaded the reiboot for Droid for my daufmghters phone and the will always have a customer from me cause I'm sure they will always be coming out with newer software needed for newer updates.
