I ordered a babolat pure drive racquet and with the purchase they were including the Babolat POP device but when it arrived the device didnt work at all, I tried emailing customer service but I havent got a response in almost a week. I chose Tennis express because I thought they were more serious than other stores but apparently Im wrong

UPS said they delivered it, but I didn't receive it. UPS came out and showed me a diagram of where they delivered it, and it was on the other side of the street! They tried to locate it by going to the doors and they didn't find it. Now what? UPS filed a report, but still no shoes! Hope this can get resolved soon. Warren Schuller

I ordered those Babolat racquets, as early as now, in preparation for my son's high school spring sport which he is a member of the varsity lawn tennis team. He should be familiarize with his racquet by then. Thank you Tennis Express! You're an 'ACE'.

The service was great, however, I am finding that the shoes made over seas these days are not the correct size that I have been wearing for the last 30 years.

I had to return these for a larger size, and I just hope that these fit like they are supposed to?

This tennis skirt if very flattering... I love it! I'm a bit hippy, so the full skirt hides a multitude of sins.

I was replacing an older pair of Asics and the new model now uses a different fit/last from my old pair. I had to return them. I am pleased with the Asics brand but will have to choose another model instead. Very good service from Tennis Express. Thank you.

The price was great but the item was too small. Went to reorder but none left. I had to order something else. They did give me the same price but I had to pay shipping to send back and shipping to get the other item. I wish they would of not charged me shipping again since I reordered. The price wasn't so good after that.
