I have been using TW since 2001. TW is losing an edge now. I ordered a racquet with stringing service which took 10 days to arrive. I won't order from TW anymore.
Ordered a racket to be delivered the next day, air express, at an additional $10. It fook 3 days for the racket to arrive, and though the $10 was credited back, no way would it arrive overnight, much less the 2 day free shipping. I needed that racket for an upcoming tournament, but it did not come in time.
Picked three racquets listed as in stock and ready to go late Friday night from the demo program. They were set to arrive Wednesday perfect timing as I am off on vacation all week and could have a lot of play time to figure out which racquet was best for me. I kept pulling up the order for tracking info and around one pm I noticed my order was on hold (for a back order) I specifically picked in stock racquets. I called customer service and they said it will ship in 1.5hrs. I called again at 8:45 and was it should ship tomorrow (they said no Guarantees) They said they were really backed up with racket stringing. Maybe they Should have been honest in the rackets they have available. I will now be contacting Midwest Tennis which I should have done in the first place don't make my mistake. Order number *******
We've been ordering from tennis plaza for years. In the last couple of months the orders have been taking an average of 10 to 14 days for me to receive. My current order was place on the 31st August and as of today the order will be shipped on the 8th. I will no longer order from tennis warehouse. Unacceptable!
No idea about all the bad reviews here. I bought a racquet from this store and they shipped it to me in two days. No complaints.
I'm not receiving my order. I can't track it. They are responding with deceiving mails, if they respond. Terrible experience
Placed an order in early March, still had not received in May. No answers to many inquiries about status. Just terrible.
They always say they have a lot of orders and that's why they delay. Its not true, why you dont solve this?
Ordered demo racquets and it took 30 days to get. Thinking it was a fluke, ordered another demo and was told it would be 30 days. Cancelled order. Would not recommend them.
