Just another $#*!ty company with a scheme. You can't see anything without buying and you can be refunded if its not what you're looking for. So they keep the $144 you had to spend for the YEARLY (NOT MONTHLY) and you get nothing. Sounds about right.

Very poor instruction on how to preview any templates. So I went by the description. Here is the "professional" letter of intent they sent me.

These 'templates' are rubbish. Buy them at your peril. There's nothing of any substance, just a couple of pages with 3-4 sentences and a self promotion page. Don't waste your money.

For $1.99, I got 95 minutes of reloading MS Office x3, Chatting with an Agent who ran circles to avoid answering or doing anything. I would not recommend this Template.NET if they gave me an entire package free for a decade
When i signup for free after interring using by google id they keep ask payment. There is no page for unsubscribe it says 404 error message
THEY TOLD ME I DOWNLOADED A TEMPLATE & COULDNT REFUND ME. I DID NOT USE IT BECAUSE THEIR PREVIEW WAS SO SMALL AND HAD TO DOWNLOAD IT. ONCE I DOWNLOADED IT REALIZED THAT IT DID NOT FIT MY NEEDS. HE TOLD ME "WE DIDNT PUT A GUN TO YOUR HEAD AND FORCE YOU TO BUY IT" AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. DESTROYED THE COMPANY FOR A $33 REFUND. DONT USE.

I am an elderly person, I need help on my Grandsons invitation template and the customer support i talked to help me until I was able to download the template I need.
They advertise that they have free templates but after you sign up there are only paid options. Don't bother signing up.
I needed a Construction templates. I got the best template and I got it using my subscription and bundle. The customer support team are very responsive.
