This was so easy...I only had 4 pills left, been on the same pulls for over 15 years. Recently lost insurance as I'm a traveler and in between jobs and in a different state than my primary care provider...I found this site on Google and it really worked! Very easy, they were very fast and friendly. I had 90 days of meds refilled within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this if you're in the same position as me. 5 STARS

I have a cracked tooth and don't have an appointment for about a month to have it repaired. I knew, from past experience, I have the start of an infection. Found TelMD First when Googling for help. A physician is available to review and evaluate, setup virtual appointments with ongoing follow-up as needed. Depending on the needs of the patient and the medical assessment, prescriptions can be called in to your pharmacy. For me this was same day availability and better than shipping! Refund is immediate if you change your mind. And if you subscribe for follow up care, you can quit at anytime. My prescription is waiting for pickup at Walgreens Pharmacy and was ready yesterday! The sun is out and should melt the remaining ice on my street from the recent snow storm so I can drive to my pharmacy to get my medication.
Submitted my request at 11:04 pm MST. I received a message stating I would be contacted within 2 hours. I stayed up until 4:30 waiting. I tried to call text and email with no response. At 6:30 AM I got a text asking me to verify my Info since the patient was a minor. Text exchanges took over an hour for each response. At 9:53 AM they asked me which prescription I would like with a list of options. At 11 I asked if my prescription had been sent with no response. At 12:53 I finally was able to get someone on the phone and they said they would escalate my claim. It's now 3:49 and still have not heard from anyone and my prescription has not been sent yet. I have called 7 times to have them refund my money and after ringing for so long it just hangs up. Don't waste your time. I could have taken my child to the ER and been in and out faster than this and got more of a response for cheaper.
Started registration where they took my money but it wouldn't go to the 2nd page to complete my profile. Tried using chat, calling, & contacting customer service through the form… can't get anyone to get back to me. All this money for no help & no response.

I use this service often because they are extremely fast, highly professional and 'spot-on'in addressing and successfully treating my medical concerns. I have Insurance and can easily go to any doctor, but when I am sick, it's hard for me to drive, therefore the convenience of Telemedicine makes more sense.
They let you fill an online form, answering all questions then you pay as well, after that they spam you with 100 calls and ask you the same questions that you filled in the form! Then you recieve a message saying we can't process your subscription! Why the heck do you charge people, waste their time and let them go through the full process to say that at the end and ask to call for billing concerns! Instead of issuing a refund automatically as they failed to help! Just a waste of time and money don't even bother with them!
I've cancelled my subscription three times now they keep charging me. You can't find anyone to help you
I signed up for this service for my family for one year, and came to regret it. It was a fight with insurance companies to get the medication covered at the pharmacy, and when our insurance did not approve the medications unless prescribed by an in state doctor, they told us to let them change the scripts to a different pharmacy. We tried to explain that this was not the problem. If they could use a doctor licensed in our state, then we could get the meds. They insisted that we pharmacy hop until we could get the medicine. When we then became dissatisfied with the service and tried to get a full refund from the "owner/manager" once connected to him, I reminded him of the stamp on his website claiming 100% satisfaction guarantee and he proceeded to tell me that there was fine print to it that I had agreed to. I was frustrated because he and his team were not listening to our problem but being rather aggressive in talking over me as I tried to explain. He was angry that he had to tear himself away from his family on a Sunday night to handle my situation, and told me I was rude for doing the same thing to him he was doing to me from the beginning…talking over him. I only got a portion of my money back, but will never trust a satisfaction guarantee stamp again!

First I spoke to a person who had very little knowledge if the English Language. I was told she would take down my information. I understood very little if what she had to say. They say you will speak to a doctor in a few minutes. After more than 3 hours wait, no Doctor only a Email telling you your prescriptions were sent to your pharmacy. I called them 4 times and on the 4th time they never answered the ohone. 80 bucks for this. I have no idea who the doctor was or if even there was a doctor. So be careful.how you waste your money. I know I will never be doing this again. For all I know the person was in China. So my stupidity.

Signed up and paid the $79.95. Received text would be calling me within the hour, after 1 hour called an 800 number and was told were overloaded with calls and would be calling soon, didn't receive a call until 2 hours and 40 minutes later. That call lasted 6 minutes and was told doctor would call next day at 2:00PM and I was supposed to be first call, 3 days later and haven't received a phone call or any other contact! Went to my Primary Doctor and will definitely continue with my Doctors office from now on. What a waste of time and money!

There is nothing more painful than not being able to urinate due to a UTI, and then you are told that your regular doctor does not have any appointments available! I am now on day three of waiting to hear from a doctor, get a prescription, anything. On day one they called and took my information. Said a doctor would send my prescription within an hour. 24 hours later I had to call them. They said they were short on providers and would expedite my case. At 2:21 AM of all times they texted and asked for more information which was the same questions I was asked on day one. Tried using the online chat and just got one automated response. I called again today, day three, and asked for a refund so I can just go to the doctor. She said she was looking at my case. I waited in silence for four minutes then finally said HELLO? She immediately said yes ma'am I just processed your refund of $79.99. It will be 5-7 days before you see the credit. Seems suspicious and I'll be contacting my credit card company. Also, everyone I spoke with speaks broken English. Disgusting to take advantage of people, especially when they're sick!

You don't get a call with a doctor. You gett emailed that they are sending in a prescription you didn't asked for and when you call and ask to speak to a doctor you get a rude man that won't identify himself or his credentials but wants to give out medical advice. This is a scam. Run.
I do not have a Dr as I haven't needed one in years. Suddenly I had UTI symptoms and needed a Dr! (IYKYK) Walked in to Urgent Care. " sorry, you need an appointment and earliest is 36 hours out. " I hit the internet and found TelMDFirst. Filled out info online, they texted back 2-3 times with questions and within 2 hours they called in prescription. Pharmacy unexpectedly closed early on this day. Called TelMedFirst and they had my prescription at a new pharmacy within an hour. So helpful! HIGHLY recommend!
They are cheaters. There are no doctors. They are running a scam. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE.
