Telaflora

Ordered a nice orchid arrangement for my mom's birthday. The arrangement arrive in nice condition a little late in the day by 3:30 pm but maybe this is normal for teleflora. Even though I did order ordered on 7/22 for a 7/26 delivery. I spent over 121.00 for a mid tier arrangement, but figure the cost was worth it for my mom. I'm not able to go out shopping right now as my medical condition does not allow. So I ordered the flowers. They did arrived in nice condition. But the next day there was wilted and dying flowers. The arrangement was always in an air conditioned room and never in direct sun light or heat conditions. We always buy and keep Lily's for days and orchids for weeks in the same room and wondering why the flowers in this arrangement didn't hold. The base planter did have water and the arrangement was well kept.

While I appreciate the timeliness of the the delivery, it was delivered on a days notice, I was told there would be a substitution for something of an equivalent value in the event my requested order was not fulfilled. This did not occur. The flowers that were delivered were nowhere near the same that I had ordered, but more importantly were of a much lesser size and quality. I spent over $100 on this delivery and received at most a $60 value. Would not recommend.

Wanted to send flowers to my mom but had less than 2 weeks before Easter. Teleflora was able to guarantee delivery sooner than my expectations. The purchase was very easy, was super convenient and much more affordable than I anticipated.

EDIT: Someone from this company sincerely responded to my message the next day. They sent another bouquet to the recipient and refunded a portion of the original cost. While this doesn't make everything okay, it did feel human. Everyone makes mistakes, and they totally owned up to it and did what they could to make it better.

ORIGINAL POST: I paid $80 for a dozen roses to be delivered the next day. I received a confirmation email at 4:30pm saying they'd been hand delivered. I kept checking in with the recipient's roommate, and nothing was delivered until sometime around 10-11pm. The roses looked like they had been dropped and were generally ugly.

It was so easy to place an order. Great selection of fruit baskets and delivery for next day perfect.
