I didnt even ask for the trial packege of 4.99 so i have no idea how they got my bank details! But 129 pounds was taken from my account and they tried to take more but i had found out and cancelled it by that time. I have complained to my bank, Halifax plc, but it hasnt been resolved. I am very angry, i am disabled and cannot afford for money to just be taken from my account whenever some scam site pleases, nobody can! If money was taken from somebody in the street the perpitrator would be arrested and taken to court, so why is this different? Cheers for reading my complaint, Mark from blackpool :)
