Love my teacher sweatshirt a lot. Great sparkling patches of happy face, apple and a pencil. Great contrast on a black color. Satisfied as always. True to measurements provided. Ordered size M.
My order was very late but i re eived 2 days after contacting company. It seemed as if my invoice was lost until I reached out. I am missing one of my items but because it was on such a discount I didnt bother contacting again. Normally I never have troube with any orders from T2D so Im sure Ill be back!
The screen for paying with PayPal had a grey overlay and would not allow me to put in my information.

Upon arriving you receive a notification of 20% off you next time purchase, so I went to use my coupon. If you don't use the coupon you have the option of NO shipping costs but if you use the coupon they charge you shipping... so ultimately you get no discount but end up paying more if you use the coupon. RIDICULOUS!
I did not like the color choices for the letters placed on my sweatshirt. Two different pinks instead of using a totally different color. Many choices could have been made.

I ordered 7 shirts for my coworkers to wear on our dr Seuss week. I paid for fast delivery and have yet to get my order. I contacted them via email and never received an email back. I will not be ordering here again!
I returned something bc it was the wrong size & had to pay shipping twice! Ridiculous! Bad business. I'll never buy anything from y'all again. There are too many companies with better return policies.
I had received an email about the teacher 30% off, but when I put it in- it did not calculate it correctly. Plus, I am shocked that you don't offer free shipping for over $35.00. Disappointed today
I ordered 3 shirts. Two of the three shirts had decals coming off in multiple places. If you want to return them, you have to pay shipping and then are only offered store credit. Highly disappointed!

I ordered matching Rudolf sweatshirts for my 6 yr. Old daughter and me to wear Christmas Eve. She was very disappointed. Sweatshirts $29 a piece. Paid in full and no product. Company should have made it right or contacted fedex to make it right.
I was disappointed with clothing. Cardigan was too frumpy, flannel shirt was too bulky. I really hate they don't give refunds. I will use store credit and then I won't reorder.
When I first went to your site to shop it told me I would receive 20% off my order today and when it was time to check out I was NOT given the 20% off and that is one of the reasons I bought the shirts. Not very happy.

When attempting to check out I filled out every box and was given error messages at least nine times. I was on the verge of giving up and ordering my items from a different site. I tried two more times and it finally went through. If I ever recommend your site I will make sure to let others know how difficult it was to finalize my order.

I have ordered a lot of T-shirts from you guys and it would be nice to continue to do so, but something has to be done about the coupon code. Picking what I liked was super easy. Trying to get my order to go through was horrible!!! I have tried ordering this shirt on four different occasions and kept running into problems on the final screen after checking my address. Your shopping cart is horrible and full of errors. If it wasnt for the fact that my girl had her heart set on the shirt I ordered I would have gone elsewhere.
Customer service SUCKS. You chose not to accommodate a customer who pointed out a flaw in your policy. I was forced to order & spend extra money in order to receive free shipping on something that was stated as free. Will not order again. I guess the customer is NOT right. Very disappointed in the customer service for shipping. I needed 10 shirts to be guaranteed delivery in two weeks. They suggested I not order them,
I had originally placed an order & emaild not even 5 minutes after placing the order to get it corrected. (I needed to add 2 more shirts) No one returned my email. I then called and no one returned my call. Once I finally got an email saying my order had been shipped, I saw that the total had not been changed, so I am frantically trying to order 2 more shirts now that originally I wanted to add to my order of 16 shirts before. The only way I can guarantee that they get here on time is by doing the Rapid Process which is now going to cost me more than the 2 shirts.
tried several times to check out with paypal which would not allow me to. Had to continue to reload the page, AND i got at least 5 pop ups to ask me if I needed help while I was trying to figure it all out. Had to use my credit card to check out instead of Paypal, which I am not very happy about.
It has taken me 5 attempts to order. I communicated on line my problem and it could not be solved. I was told to call in the order and have placed 2 calls to the company and left my number and never received a call back. I finally figured out the problem myself. I was using PayPal to pay and it would not accept it. I used a credit card this morning and took the order immediately. I, also registered today and and it accepted it. I have received shirts from you before and have been completely satisfied, they were ordered by someone else. I will use you again.
Customer service is LACKING. Very frustrating process concerning a return. It appears that having return customers is NOT a goal.
I was supposed to be emailed a coupon to reorder, but I was never notified that you received my return.I had to contact you for that information, but you have all kinds of "timeline" stipulations for me as the customer. I will have to wait and see how long it takes me to receive my T-shirt before I can say wether it's resolved or not.

We do offer a 20% discount code to customer who sign up for our newsletter/subscribe. Our free shipping starts at $100 unless we have a promotion going on. If the coupon code brings your order value below $100 it will no longer trigger free shipping as your order would not meet the $100 threshold.
