A little confusing on the free gift. I was $2 short on the original purchase. No issues just a little confuyon whybthe code wouldn't work.

They do run big, i can wear anything from an XL to a 2X, i geared on the side of safety and ordered a 2X, I def could have gotten an XL or 1X! But...they are soooo super cute and because they are bigger I can just tie it up in the back or on the side, super cute and easy fix! Will be ordering again, just in smaller sizes lol
I love these products. Had a HORRIBLE experience with my 1st order, but I think it's with the shipping company. I placed a VERY LARGE order & somewhere along the shipping route someone got my order & stole most of it I did not purchase the route protection (I didn't notice that option or pay attention to it). For my almost $300 order & like 30 items I only got 4 shirts (I sent pictures of the packaging & what I recieved). I contacted the company immediately and the woman on the phone was very nice and professional. I even contacted FedEx about it (they were not helpful at all!) NOTHING WAS DONE or could be done at that time because I had no protection (NEVER HAVE I HAD THIS ISSUE WITH ANYTHING BEFORE... and I order online frequently for all kinds of purchases, especially using FedEx) I spoke with them multiple times & they were going to try and get atleast some of my money back, but I never heard any resolution for it.
I made another order, trying to get the things from my lost order, but a lot of the items were no longer available so it was smaller the 2nd time. I DID GET THE ROUTE PROTECTION on the new order and everything came like it was supposed to. The clothing seems to be a good quality and my kids love the shirts I got for them.
I will continue to get shirts occasionally for different events, but will ALWAYS pay that little bit extra for the protection!
The web sight says that if your non-personalized order if placed by 6am should ship that evening. All of my order was non-personalized and i placed it 9:08am and it took it a week to ship. I understand the closer to the holiday season it taking that long but not an order placed on October 22nd. They have super cute clothes and daughter/daughter in law/ granddaughters as well as myself wearing them.
Well, after 11 days, I finally contacted you by phone, and email to find out where my items were - because the status only showed "waiting to be fulfilled" - NO REPLY to my email or phone call - and suddenly my items just showed up. :(
Shopping process was easy. I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The seams were not finished well and the edges were left serged and unhemed. I like the pattern so will finish off myself.

I ordered two shirts 3XL and one (Be Merry) is exactly what I wanted. I ordered them larger so as to wear as a longer tunic. The other shirt is perhaps an XL and doesn't reflect a 3XL size at all. I requested an exchange and it was denied. There wasn't a written denial, just the word: denied.

I ordered my shirts on the 21st of January and paid 2 day shipping. They said it would be 2 days processing so I would have expected to receive it by the 25th. I didn't receive it till the 28th the day I actually needed it and didn't have it. FedEx held it at the station on Friday and I didn't know that I could have gone and picked it up so I would have had it on time.
I ordered a beane but had to except a different color, which was fine but the one i got was cheaper than the one i ordered, but i didnt receive the money or credit back. I was satisfied with my order though. Thanks
You guys ROCK! My only issue that I experienced with you guys was that my monogrammed tumbler (free gift) that I requested was received with a totally different letter than I asked for. (N instead of an R) Overall, I was very pleased with everything else!
Great, except ya'll ran out of 3t/4t, then 5t/6t then youth small, when i was trying to order.
So me and my oldest daughter have matching shirts, hopefull the smaller size will be available soon, so we can wear them, this year.
