First, let me say that I LOVE TEEFURY! Approximately 90% of the shirts I wear on a daily basis are from TeeFury. I recently placed an order which was acknowledged by your system (and payment was made), but it never shipped. I reached out to customer service (and received some AMAZING assistance which I appreciated very much). My order has been fulfilled, and the CS rep even threw in something extra for my trouble, which was was really cool.
But it left me wondering how long that order would have sat out there open and unfulfilled if I hadn't mentioned anything...
There was a problem with my order but customer service was great and gave me two extra shirts. The shirts arrived and they were nothing very exciting. I know you take your chances with a grab bag but I was disappointed with what I got.
I have been ordering t-shirts from TeeFury for about 10 years now. I have never had any issues and have always gotten high quality shirts with awesome designs at a great price.
I've ordered shirts from TeeFury for years, and have never had a problem with the quality of the product. The latest shirt purchased was undeniably defective, and I truly appreciate that TeeFury dealt with a replacement instantly. I know that I'll continue to purchase from a company that takes care of issues with such speed.
It took a long time to arrive but it's exactly what it said it would be and it fits perfectly! I love it!
Literally got 3 of the worst shirts offered. Will never use the site again. Would not recommend the grab bag to anyone it's overpriced for the choices you get.

Hi Teefury! Love your company and products. Always get compliments on my shirts when im out and about. My family and friends love you too. This recent order had a single mistake. The grab bag I recieved contained 4 large shirts and one xl girls shirt. It actually worked out perfect because my wife is pregnant and it fits her perfectly. She is due this September and when we saw the shirt it kinda felt like you knew. Weird right. Ill post a pic to instagram. Also... Suggestion baby shirts. No one has cool nerdy baby shirts. It might be tuff but it could be awesome. Good luck.
I ordered some grab bag tees and they were "lost" between the company and the postal service. Rather than informing me of this, they just left my order in processing status for over a month. It wasn't until i reached out to find out what was going on that i learned of this. The representative who assisted me after that point was extremely helpful and i commend her. The company as a whole though has soured my view on them. Very unprofessional.
You might think there's a better Big Lebowski Teeshirt but, like, that's just your opinion, man. And anyway, it really ties the room together.

I have always had a good experience with tee fury. They are prompt and always inform me of my timeline.
I wish the shirts lasted longer. The print flakes off now which is why I haven't bought from TeeFury in a while. Recently, I bought a t-shirt to give them a second chance. We'll see how it goes.
I ordered some grab bag shirts just for fun. A month later they still hadn't sent me the shipped email so I contacted them. They got it all sorted out but I'm still waiting for my shirts. Also they said they would refund my shipping but I haven't seen that money in my account yet.
Some type of processing order delayed my purchase for about a month but they threw in a couple shirts and a handful of pins to make it right. Although the pins and shirt were obviously poor designs it's still compensation. I am thoroughly pleased with the support I was given.
Awesome shirt. Worth the purchase, using it for a gift. Bummed I didn't get another one in my size. I'll buy again when they hit subject matter that I appreciate.

Only one shirt that I received is actually appropriately sized, though it took 5 washes in hot water with the dryer temp on high to finally shrink it enough to actually be close to a real Large t-shirt. All of the other shirts are outrageously enormous, and among those, they aren't even consistently the same size, even though they're all labeled "large." I have bought hundreds of Large t-shirts from dozens of companies throughout my life and I have never received shirts anywhere near this big. I mean, it is absolutely ridiculous how massive these shirts are, even after 5 washes of trying to shrink them as much as I could. I might as well be wearing a poncho. How hard is it to make sure you source consistently and properly sized t-shirts? This is not rocket science. This has to be the simplest part of your operations - just get shirts that are actually the correct size according to their label. Unfortunately, I cannot possibly justify purchasing another shirt from your company, which is too bad because I do enjoy some of the artwork and I like to support small businesses and artists, but if you can't even get the sizing and consistency of the shirts right, how could I trust your company to deliver on anything else?
Great selection (found a Bad Wolf T-shirt I'd been trying to find forever), helpful customer guides, good quality product. I'll shop here again!
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
