I handed my 2 phones in on the 26th March to DPD driver organised by likewize from techpackinsurance.co.uk and they lost my phones.
Explained the urgency of my 14 year old son going abroad without his mum.
I was told they were going to be delivered the next day. I waited all day to find out, they did not have the phones at all!
I have sent proof of Ring, DPD driver with phones in hand, recipient etc.
I have been promised call backs, but all I am getting are generic messages asking me for the same information or telling me they will be in touch but they don't.
I have spent hours chasing this up with emails and calls and 2 weeks later still no phones and not 1 call back and it has been nearly 3 weeks

Unfortunately Barclays have aligned themselves with the worst possible mobile phone insurance company BrightStar insurance who conveniently recently changed there name to Lifestyle BrightStar insurance just to try to mislead previous customers again. Barclays are a good reputable bank who obviously made an error of judgement getting involved with BrightStar. BrightStar are a a rip off scam company who have lousy ignorant customer service and bad attitude with the sole aim of ripping off customers. For example l had a twin sim Galaxy phone with a damaged screen.l specifically told them it was a twin sim and l only wanted the screen replaced not a new phone. They took my phone and a few days later told me they couldn't replace the screen and fobbed me off with a single sim replacement which is useless to me.l told them l don't want it return my original phone they refused. As far as l am concerned they are a bunch of crooks replacing phones with refurbished stock with wrong spec and not full battery life.Total scam company the excess on screen repair or phone replacement is not the same either although the difference in price was not important to me.lt was there disgraceful attitude and refusal to return my original phone that was my issue.They are liars,cheats and scammers.There are hundreds of bad reviews from this company. Avoid like the plague.
