He has been very helpful and proactive to assist us through the development of our platform, SellBuyDevice, over the last year. He handled any feedback or issues regarding the website & apps (which we discussed with him) in a very professional and timely manner. His communication has been excellent and turnaround time has been great too. His suggestions with our website and apps have been in our best interests too, so we are highly appreciative of this. We will prefer to work with him to manage our future website & app development in the times to come.

I engaged these guys to fix one issue I had. I thought they had fixed it.
It wasn't fixed after 10 hrs. During that 10 hrs they told me I had many other problems with my website that needed fixing.
They asked me for more bucket money to fix the other issues.
They hadnt really fixed the issue I engaged them to fix initially however,
To Ashish's credit he continued to work on my site until the issue that I wanted fixed was fixed.
If you are to engage these guys you need to be absolutely specific with your requirements and take screenshots of everything before you have them touch anything. I used these as my back up when I spoke with them. You need to screenshare with skype to demonstrate what you want and how you want it and seek 100 % clarification on what you are asking them to do.

I'm embarrassed to say how much I gave this company for nothing. Slick talking Rob Tinch made me feel confident about what was going to happen with the game I wanted to develop, even putting in a couple of ideas. I never got the full result as I pulled out to cut my losses. I can't say for sure that it would have took a lot longer than what they quoted but I believe it would have taken some time longer. After paying I was given a phone number to contact the developer in India. It was a British number that went through to their site in India. There were language barriers to say the least. I was sent graphics of what each stage of my game would look like daily. No way was it a days work. Eventually I caught my developer taking time off with me still being charged for his time. I called and his colleague told me he had family issues, I called the next day and told him I hoped his family were ok. He knew nothing of any family issues. When I complained by email and decided to pull out. I spoke to Rob Tinch after and he was angry that I'd got one of his employees into trouble. He tried to make excuses for him and his reason for the developer not being available was that they only have 1 PHONE BETWEEN ABOUT 60 PEOPLE!

I FOUND THEM INCOMPETENT! Watch out for these guys. I commissioned them to do a Magento upgrade 1.5 -> 1.8. After a week they presented me with a very poor attempt that was unusable. They blamed the Base files being modified so I couldnt be upgraded properly. I didnt tell them that I was a professional PHP developer - I knew that they were talking bollocks. After being presented with the best that they could do I preformed the upgrade myself in less then a day! My update was done following the official Magento upgrade guidelines, My upgrade was perfect I had none of the issues that they had. This proves that the developer was incompetent. What's more disappointing, Team in india/dotsquares refused to refund on the grounds that I paid for a weeks development time and thats what I got. I was fooled by their professional appearance and paid 100% upfront. They wasted my time and took my money, I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from these cowboys! Dont be fooled by all their International phone numbers and global offices its all a front. Check out some of their addresses on google street view. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
