Gunjan Gupta has been leading our software development project for the last few months. I have been extremely satisfied with Gunjan's knowledge, technical ability and willingness to fully immerse herself in our project. Gunjan has approached our project with a genuine understanding of our needs and the motivation and initiative to deliver an excellent outcome. Gunjan has taken much time to patiently explain technical information in a manner that is easy for me to understand, enabling me to make important decisions on functionality and system flows during development. I have learnt that communication is as important as technical ability when it comes to being involved in a project like this, while it hasn't been an easy process Gunjan has done well to absorb my pressure by giving me a safe place to share my ideas and concerns. We are nearing the end of the project and feel excited about the future, we thank Gunjan for her input and support and look forward to our ongoing relationship in business.

Nikhil and his Team have done a great job coding my first app, the first version of the app took 10 weeks to complete, I basically drew up the screens I wanted the app to look like and they turned it into reality.

Communication was a little tricky in the beginning, but it improved greatly as we got used to working together, there's always a bit of going back and forth to make everything just right, and the guys went the extra mile to do this for me.

After great feedback from version one app users, we're now working together again on the second version of the app, I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product, thanks Nikhil and Team.

I commissioned the team to re skin my site and do some minor adjustments to code and CMS. Initially, communication was a little difficult, however, it soon improved dramatically and everything went very smoothly. The team did a great job of improving many aspects of my site and even went above and beyond in some aspects of fixing mistakes of previous developers. Today I spent an hour talking with the company's sales rep who was actually quite effective at one thing... Avoiding all of my direct questions! I have to hand it to the guy, he should consider a career in politics!

As a small marketing company looking to outsource extra work, I am mystified that many of my direct questions were redirected and at times handled as if I was attacking him. He kept telling me that, "his company has a building in India", and they are a big deal!

I mean who cares if you have a building? I just wanted to know if I could get a corporate rate. This seems reasonable since I will be giving you 100's of clients in the next couple of years... at least I thought so.

There are definitely better outsourcing options in India (they even have a building)!

The TeamInIndia process proved to be competent and cost effective. The developer interface worked well and work was conducted overnight based on our direction meaning it was also highly time efficient for our time zone.

We really love working with Team In India, Dotsquares. We recently used them to transition from an old website to a shiny new responsive website that not only looks great but also delivers more traffic and higher conversion rate. Ankit understands exactly what we need and delivers very quickly. It's great to know that we can talk to a local developer and meet with him when necessary (and sometimes it is necessary!). Ankit also helps us with our online marketing and graphic design for our online store and brick and mortar store. He's got a very good eye and knows what works (and what doesn't!). I was a bit worried at the start, I've engaged offshore technical staff before and it has been a struggle. But this experience was the polar opposite. Gopal & Ashok did an amazing job!:-)

I engaged DotSquare to revamp an existing iOS & Android App using Xamarin Forms. I have some technical background, but not enough to deliver the quality Gopal & Ashok produced in the time required.

They worked extra hours, even up-until the new-year party to get a release out on time, presented alternatives to solving problems, managed bug fixes *exceptionally* well and were all around fantastic to work with. Everything was handled very well. We did have some trouble with the initial Apple release, due to Apples' strict (and unclear) rules around iOS app permissions. But Gopal & Ashok were instrumental in getting through all the work needed.

I'm not easily impressed, I do expect a high level of proficiency having worked in technology most of my life. However, I would not hesitate to reach out to Gopal, Ashok & the DotSquare team again in the future. And intend to do so.

We have an ongoing experience with Dotsquare since quite a time now. The team has been closely working with us for helping us develop a drupal member portal for our client. My experience of working with Nikhil and has his team has been great till now. At times they also go out of their way and have been quite supportive even in the odd hours when we were going live on a project and some other critical times. This proved to be very helpful as we have a big time difference from India. They worked tightly with our team in also integrating with the CRM and NAV systems for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The team overall has got good technical knowledge and skills.
