Been a customer for a very long time, alway good selection, always very good service, very reasonable prices. New management brought a novelty, kind of easy to make a purchase, all transaction is faster.
For over a year now, the King Cole Tea has been listed ask"out of stock". With multiple emails I'm assured it will be available in approximately 8 weeks. There seems to be an issue getting it through customs, however, Amazon gets it without issue and charges double the money. Last communication was they want to keep the information regarding delays internally. It's terrible customer service!
As an inveterate tea drinker I'm always saddened at the grocery store (even at Whole Paycheck) where you couldn't find a decent bag of tea with a team of investigators. When I go onto the teadog.com website I realize just how much great tea is available from every possible country... not just the country of Lipton. Take a look, buy some, try some new options, and thank me after you run to the bathroom. Tea is the best diuretic on earth. If you're a real tea officiando you know what I'm saying!
Tea that I could never acquire elsewhere is not only of a much better deal, but among the best quality service.
