He 7 years ago- with effort and perseverance was able to get a legally validated copy of my medical degree from the Carol Davila Medical School, l had attended to enable me to get a California License. He currently is processing my application with my spouse to get a Romania citizenship to enable us to have an EU passport. His fees are reasonable and always responds quickly.
