Tarps were not cut to my requested measurements. Customer service told me if I wanted specific measurements I should have requested so in the special instructions comment box. Why would I need to do that if they are supposed to be cut to my requested measurements? Will not use this company again.

Affordable and love the customized feature.
In their policies in fine print, they state they make their products 1-3" larger than what is requested by the consumer. I did not know this and they do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized tarps. I'm very disappointed, as if they would have made this more known on the item description, I would have requested that they not make the product larger than the dimensions I listed. Now I'm stuck with a tarp that's too large for my patio fence and over $50 down the drain.

6 or7 emails and several phone calls later, I feel like I'm taking a chance that it arrives correct. If it does, I will re-score my review.

Always leary of facebook pop ups and didn't see much feedback or comments really on the Facebook page so definitely skeptical. Was actually looking at a another company and decided to try tarps & All since the price was more affordable. And sometime you get what you pay in that sense as well. But I'm happy with the purchase and we will see how long they hold up and the quality over time.

I ordered a tarp. It came on time. It cost more than the last tarp I ordered, but the last tarp I ordered fell apart in strong wind after five months. Too soon to say how long this one will. Time will tell.

Update: had to call several times regarding emails I was getting saying I needed to approve order when I had already done so, once all that mess was straighten out received order promptly

It took longer than I thought to receive. I called CS to inquire and they were very helpful. The package arrived and I had to sign for it which was surprising but I liked the fact that the package wasn't just left on my porch. Overall, satisfied with ordering and delivery. Haven't been able to use the tarp yet to see how it holds up.

Customer service agent was pleasant and knowledgeable with a bit of an Indian accent making it necessary sometimes to repeat or rephrase. But I suppose he thought the same of me. He helped me understand how to specify tarp size (length and width).
VERY fast delivery, from India!
FedEx bungled the final part though, it sat for longer within 10 miles of here, than the trip from South Asia to the local FedEx hub.
