I found the process of ordering and specifying the products to be easy. The products I purchased were exactly what I ordered and of superior quality. I could not be happier.
We have a problem and sent an email with the photos but have not heard back from you. It was supposed to be 90% privacy but is not and the size was a problem also. We have sent a few emails but have not heard back. We plan to put the purchase in dispute we don't hear back soon.

We like the fact that we can customize the size of the product. It would have been nice if shipping was free or cheaper, but I guess inflation has an effect on businesses too.
