I ordered a tarp from these guys. And they sent me a cheap wrong tarp. That they will not return my money for they never sent me an email confirmation when I called their customer service in India. They said they would send me one. They never did. It's just a horrible place. Don't do business with these guys.

The product is fantastic quality, and customer service was easy to work with, they couldn't ship to a po box so had to switch to physical address.
This is where my complaint is, I received a delivered email June 28th so I've been looking around the property asking about for it. Today July 8th, I found it left on the ground down by the highway where the group of neighborhood boxes are, faded by the weather, lucky that no one had taken it. Never have any packages for anyone been left down there always taken to the addresses. If it cannot, for some reason be taken to the requested addresses maybe accommodate PO Boxes, not leave it randomly somewhere.

No grommets were installed. It's was supposed to have grommets installed every twelve inches from my understanding.
