Year and the half I contacted T&H about internet fraud, crypto to be precise. Their consultant asured me that they can solve my case in six months... Nothing, she even doesn't want to respinse to my e mails. They are liars.

When I lost my money in crypto, I was worried. I didn't know how it worked, and the idea of having to wait for a year without any knowledge or understanding of what was going on just made me feel worse.

Sam explained how the process would work, what we needed to do to get my hard-earned money back, and even did an investigation into my case that was just impressive—even for a police officer! The process took about a year because of the slow work of my police officer, but the wait was worth it. When the final payment came through, it felt like a million bucks (even though technically it was only ******* euros).
For crypto they manage make report only but i though fully function but its not. Cost range 1500+ plus 10% fee. For me its not recommended for recovery crypto. They only make report pin point where crypto goes or tracking them down and as well exchange platform.
They did not do recovery. Just Kiss money for report only. But it took over 1-2months making report.
The services are at an extremely low level. The reports done are poor and inaccurate and the staff * is not customer oriented at all. They will ask for service fee first and in a couple of months they will just say they are unable to assist ahead. The recommendation is to avoid them as it is only a waste of time and money.

I have scammed about 40 BTC by fake cloudmining companies. I have get contacted with T&H Consulting for the recovery process after I have seen their trustpilot / sitejabber score.
At June 2021 I have talked with Mr. Pedro several times. He told me that they will prepare BTC trace report and they will find the scammers and if they cant find they will get in touch with brokers which the scammers have been used and request compensation from them according to international KYC rules an a negotiator. So he persuaded me to make the front payment (1.000 GBP)
And he mentioned that I can share the report with local police department, but I told him that I cant get any result by Police. And All recovery process will be finished in average of 3 months.
Just to complete the report took nearly 5 months. Afterwards Mr. Alex told me that I have to start a legal procedure and send them official documents and case number. I have completed what they told me. But at the end they told me that the brokers wont care what they say and request and they talk that I have to go on with local police, there is nothing to do by their company.
So I have paid 1.000 GBP for a trace report (at that time I had an offer for BTC trace report for 200 USD).
I have lost lots of time and money and there is nothing at the end.

The agreement which you had signed included a BTC report which was already provided to you and 30 minutes of consultation. In addition, we also provided you with multiple contact letters and even follow up letters to the exchanges. The agreement did not state that the recovery process would take 3 months, as crypto cases are unpredictable.
As we had mentioned to you at the beginning, tracing these coins could take a long time and recovering them could even be longer, therefore, we did not give you an exact time frame due to such cases nor a guarantee. As we have already provided the services mentioned in the agreement which also included extra services, we kindly ask you to reconsider your review about our behaviour or to call us so we can resolve the issue that is frustrating you.

These guys are scammers. Do not believe any review you read that is positive. Avoid * or any of them.
They promise the world and deliver nothing, do NOT pay $15k up front, it's a waste of money. Totally. As per Radi A's review, I also found Muhandes totally useless, even worse arrogant and unresponsive.
What they dont yell you is they have absolutely no clue how to retrieve your funds. And NO POWER more importantly.
They will provide you with a crypto trace but that's it. You are on your own.
In the end they will hang on like vultures to get a commission. Tell them to get lost, I am fighting on my own and getting by fine. I promised them 16% of my loss, they will not see a cent because I binned their reports and "letters" which they insisted I send. They do f**K all. Useless.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH TH CONSULTING, A BUNCH OF AMATEURS AND FRAUDS.
