When I placed my order it said items were in stock. After 5 days I checked my order status it said order not found. I tired to make contact twice through email never got a response. I kept checking the order status it kept saying order not found. So I figured my order was canceled. Then out of nowhere I get an email that the items shipped and money was taken from my account. Luckily I already ordered from another company and got the reels 15 days ago and really like them and now have 2 back up reels.
Haven't tried them yet but will update when I do.

I purchased a crimper and they did not work, you do not receive phone calls any more so I emailed multiple time and never got a response. I now look at other suppliers instead of TD because of this reason, still want to return the crimper for refund.
1 month before getting 1 rod is pretty bad. Shipping is pathetic when you order 1 rod on the 3rd of the month and do not get it until the 30th, that's not very good I would say... but as for as the rod goes its super...
Product said it was in stock when I bought it. Then received an email saying it was out of stock. Emailed 5 times asking to cancel order got one response saying couldn't cancel order was in the process of being shipped. Still today I'm waiting for the order. July 3. Tracking number gives me nothing not able to track.

I just started buying tackle online and I have used numerous other sites. You guys are amazing! I've tried a few sites and there is always something something that goes wrong whether it be extremely late arrival, wrong product being sent, being told they are out of stock after my order has been placed for a week, lures not showing up at all, and so on...

Answer: Yes, other companies I have used for online purchases are much better with communications and customer service.
