Even though the shipping is free according to the cart code SUMMER200, it does not show up when recalculated.

I had a very hard time placing my order. I couldn't get out of checkout and didn't know why?

This was not my first order and will not be the last. Pretty much on time deliveries despite Covid.

Could not backorder an out-of-stock item. Wont be back to buy it as will need to pay shipping twice

Have to return to website 3x to complete order,carrier was switched from UPS to USPS why? Package was left at door.

Will definitely buy from tackle direct again. Great pricing and plenty of product to choose from.

Both times I ordered my lot number was left off of my address, causing delivery issues.

Got the pliers. I was a little disappointed that the jaws don't touch when squeezed shut.
