I got my order within a week of ordering my reels. When I reached out to customer service I received a response the next business day and they worked with me on my shipping information. I've bought several items from them and I'll be using them again.

When I make purchases they send it to me in parts. The shipments by parts I do not have to see that they are sending only until they deliver it to me. The website is not updated with partial submissions. When I have written to them to know when they will send the missing articles, they do not respond. I have received a bad after sales service which makes me hesitate to make another purchase with you, the truth is I am very dissatisfied with your service.

Ordering from TackleDirect has been easy and the product selection is amazing.
They usually have a quick delivery time and sturdy packaging for rods. The only problem I've had is some items that are listed as in stock aren't really in stock, and the wait can be a bit long in those cases. Overall a great company.
Easy selection process, great choice of inventory and items arrived in plenty of time for my planned Bluefin trip out of San Diego.
Many Vudu mullet colors not in stock, but better selection than Academy, etc.
