The response took a bit, and it was a confusing process but ultimately I got my product and I'm happy with it.

Ordered 10 days ago, nothing. No shipping information. Went on website couple days ago and requested update. Nothing. Think i'll be back?

Took 3 weeks to get an order that when purchased was supposed to be in stock but turned out not to be.

I haven't gotten all of the order yet, and there was no selection option to show this. There was" the order was delivered" or nothing

Mine was a phone order, and the person who helped me was courteous and professional. A very good experience and i highly recommend Tackle Direct.

Website is easy navigate. But half of my order was wrong. I ordered two packs of hooks and one pack was not what I ordered.

Offered the hooks that I was looking for at a fair price. Reckon TackleDirect to anybody that fishes and ties fly hooks.

Got what I ordered and on time no problems

They didnt have everything I wanted in stock was the only negative.

Said it was in stock and it wasn't took a while to get it, just not real happy about the whole thing

The order took to long and Every time I would check the status you never told me where it was that it took the order two weeks to get here

This was a rod and reel for my grandson. He was thrilled with it. It worked great and looks very special.

Only complaint I have is that the adapter plates I needed were not offered. I had to go elsewhere to purchase.

A bit pricey and comes along with a longer delivery period for overseas customers

But all in all acceptable and reliable

Great variety of products, fast delivery and great customer service. Only issue with delivery times estimated when products are back ordered.

If I can't find something I know I can find it at tackle direct. And only being a hour away I can always drive to the store for fast pickups.

Good experience. Had to have 2 different packages due to a back order. But got my order as soon as they restocked my items.
