When I placed the order I indicated I wanted the 2500, front drag series reels. I opened the box and have two 4000 series, which are far too big for our application. I checked the order receipt and it said 4000, but naturally, I didn't read it to pick up the error when I got it. I need to exchange these for two 2500 reels and if you are out of them, just return these for credit. Please advise of the exchange/return process and I apologize for the confusion. Allen

Thought this was free shipping until I had filled out the entire order form and found out it wasn't.
The product was not what I expected and requested a RMA to return the product. I have submitted this request 3 time and still have not received your RMA number.
Everything was satisfying. As i live in Germany the freight and customs costs was not a point of happiness. But that's another point.
