Great service and fast delivery
The gear that I purchase from you is simply NOT AVAILABLE in Australia where I reside. Similar stuff is, however, the quality products that I seek are not. It has become very evident over my 60+ years of fishing that Australia is simply a dumping ground for manufacturers second rate products. NONE of the top line equipment is supplied here, and when it does occasionally arrive, is priced so high it is prohibitive to purchase. Tackle Direct are awesome in their supply and efficiency. Thank you.

The item was out of stock so waited a month for delivery. TD was upfront and let me know they were having issues and it could take a month or longer. When I ordered there wasn't an indication of a delay or that the product was back ordered.
He didn't like it and the return was expensive
The 2 stars was actually for previous order for avet sx g2z. I emailed re missing parts but did not receive any follow up

I love the produces and service
The reason I ordered from Tackle Direct was because the product I ordered appeared to be in stock. After I placed the order I then was made aware the product was out of stock. Customer service was slow getting back to me when checking order status and it took a long time to get order. I do however appreciate getting at a fair price.
The experience was all first rate. I have not used the waders that I purchased yet. Too busy to fish - that's bad, but that' my bad. -Tim

Inaccuracies in what products are "currently" available led to come confusion and frustration on my end. I did end up getting useable products with my credit, but was "teased" you had something that has become rare and thought I lucked out. Not the end of the world...
