Ordered momoi hicatch monofilament fishing line because of all the good reviews I had read. Don't know whether I received a bad spool, but the line was really weak and I had several break offs while using it. Not the most expensive line, but not the cheapest either. I expected more from the product.

Customer service was helpful and timely with meeting my request.

Wish more items were "in stock" so wouldn't have the delay/wait for the "ships from manufacturer" items.

TackleDirect is my go to place for most of my tackle, never had a complaint or problem with anything.

I had a small issue...the manager helped me out and took great care of me!
