I get these emails when some items in the order are delayed. But they do not tell me which items. It would be really helpful if you told me which items were back ordered.

I love to order gift cards from Tackle Direct because it is easy and usually get to me fast. This time, however, it took several weeks to get to me. I am sure that it was a problem with the USPS. My husband requests these gift cards!

I use Tackle Direct for all of my hard to find gear. Service is always excellent, fast and cost is always aggressive compared to competitors. Shipping exceeds my expectations being that I usually use economy. I thought it was the coolest thing when I was watching Wicked Tuna and seen a Tackle Direct decal in one of the captains boats. Ordering was a an ease on website On the other hand the delivery process was a headache took almost a month to receive my order. Customer service wasn't the greatest. Unwillingness to go that extra level of customer satisfaction "bump it up a notch" As far as product I purchased I'm completely satisfied.
I've used tackledirect for quite a while now. I've ordered several fishing rods of various sizes, all arrived undamaged and in a timely manner. I love the variety of brand names and the amount of items they all supply. I can spend a little or a lot. This site seems to have everything.
We have terrible internet where we live and could not stay connected long enough to complete an online,TackleDirect order. We called the toll-free number and spoke to a helpful man who took our order on the phone. He was knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed AND gave us a discount! We will shop here again, definitely.
They exceeded my expectations. The reel I ordered for my husbands birthday was out of stock. He had a fishing trip the following week so TackleDirect, went the actual mile and had it arrive on his birthday!

The order took longer than expected and I was not aware there would be a delay in shipping. However, anytime I reached out to check on my order I would always receive a quick response the following day with an updat.
The phone order people were great! They were friendly and knowledgeable about the product and kindly directed me to the correct product after I had first ordered the wrong one. Plus, there was no problem changing the order. The shipping time took longer because my specific product was not in your warehouse, but this was correctly explained to me so my expectation was that it would take a little longer. And timing was not a problem because I had two months before my trip. The Okuma travel rod worked great and we caught lots of fish!
The price was a little more than just price shopping on the internet, but worth it because of your customer service. I would have purchased the incorrect rod on my own and then had to ship it back, and what a mess that would have been.

Awesome customer service. Ups was the problem with the order. Tackle Warehouse Provided excellent customer service and did everything in their power to rectify the situation. I'm still extremely happy with my experience.
Shipping was not quite on par. Carrier said it was out for delivery on the day it was suppose to arrive and actually didn't show up until the next day. Not exactly your fault, just could have been better.
I did not received my complete order due to product being out of stock. The only issue i have it took more then a month to receive my complete order. I had forgotten about the item i still needed for my order to be completed until today that i received an email that its on its way.
Shopping experience online was okay I wish I could have had my rod delivered to the store and pick it up there. I was a little leery about receiving a fishing rod through the mail I have friends who receive broken rods. The packaging my rod came in was very strong.

I received my Bib but after trying it on I realized it was too big of a size. I emailed tackle direct and they directed me to another person for exchange of the item but have yet to respond to any of my emails concerning the exchange. I have attempted to reach out numerous times.
There was a significant delay from the.of order, an immediate need to change the order and a reply regarding same. It finally did get corrected, and once the order was placed it arrived in what I would consider normal time frame, but over a week to get a reply via email was excessive.
Answer: Yes, other companies I have used for online purchases are much better with communications and customer service.
