Item which was ordered I was notified that it was on back order
After some time went by I decided to call to see how much longer only to find out that the item was there and simply wasn't shipped. The person I spoke with immediately shipped it out.
Bottom line, not sure how long my order was going to remain unfilled if I didn't call

Quick delivery, had the product i was looking for when it was virtually sold out everywhere. Thank you

Easy to order. Good communication about order status. Slight delay in shipment time for a high demand item but Tackle Direct kept me informed and was accurate with their delivery estimate.

Product got delivered

I ordered a new rod and reel. The prices are very good but the shipping took forever. I still haven't received the second rod I ordered on 05/01. If I have to wait a month or more for things to be shipped I will order from a different source. If you don't have it in the warehouse the web site should say "out of stock".
