I ordered and approved a tablecloth. The tablecloth color was approved as PMS 566. What I received was not the same color under any light source. After sending them pictures under many different light sources, they offered a 15% refund which is unacceptable. Also when they begin their "investigation" they tell you that it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, yet every time they send you an email, that bumps back that 24 to 48 hours. I ordered this tablecloth at the beginning of April to arrive by April 16 for a conference that begins May 1. We are now at April 21 with no time for them to correct the issue and ship from China. Just an fyi, they show to be located in Stafford, Texas, yet, your order will ship from China. On Good Friday, I received the 15% offer. Our company was closed for the holiday. On Saturday, I received a message that stated since they hadn't heard back from me in a couple of days, they were giving me four days to respond or they would close the matter. So you don't hear from me over a holiday weekend and you give ME a deadline to respond which I have done (Monday, April 21). If you order from this company, also ensure that you list only one email address for the person responsible for the upload, the billing person and the person receiving the shipment or your proof will go to the person receiving the shipment. Many people work virtually so you wouldn't think this would be an option or at the very least the person who uploaded the artwork would approve the artwork, not the person receiving the shipment. I was able to approve the artwork in time, but had I waited to ask about the proof, it would have been sitting in our receiving person's junk mail which is where it went.
Poor customer service. The table cover was fine, and the design group worked to find a color to highlight our logo. Sold as khaki, it's more of a butter color, but my issue is with an add-on item.
When checking out they recommended their "carrying bag". For $15 I was expecting a larger bag (to fit a table cover after use easily) and one of higher quality (this is a cheap woven bag similar to those given away at events and trade shows.)
When trying to return it - because it was not worth $15 - I was sent a video on how to use it!
After multiple communications asked to return it, I was told "the issue was related to customer operation." Be careful what you order because you'll be stuck with it.
