Typical Indian Callcenter, do NOT trust Just your usual Indian Callcenter, of course "verified Microsoft partners", to offer you imaginary products like "software warranty plans" and really just to put their arms deep down your wallet to make easy money by talking to, preferrably, naive tech-newbies. Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives. You may check out several videos on YouTube with example calls and/or site reviews on other websites. Please don't waste your money on them, you can rather just burn it

Purchased then system failure caused need to reload tried every way recommended, none worked, tried all resets none worked, called support (they did nothing but stall then send me to different sites ect, ect save your self head problems " avoid like the plague" spent 2 days wasted trying to get a resolution and still not resolved

4 stars? Really? I'm sure anyone who keeps posting reviews of more than 2 stars is a bot. It is a total scam. There is no value to be had in this company. I hope this company get looked at by authorities. Guess where they operate. Anyways their software may look innocent but once you realize that their software is malicious its time to uninstall.

These people literally have regclean pro to download on their website. In case you didn't know regclean pro advertises itself as a reliable security software program when in reality it gives out fake problems and doesn't fix anything so basically it is malware/adware it causes more problems to your pc instead of helping you

Systweak place a recurring message on my computer saying that a virus has been detected.
The message said to call a MicroSoft 800 number.
When I called and allowed a representative to access my computer (MISTAKE) they offered three plans for virus protection.
My computer store owner said they are a FRAUD and told me to do a shutdown.
I did that and did not lose my money.
