Horrible
October 4, 2023

Same as everyone else...horrible after sale email response. They advertise a drone body and wings but it was not for my drone. I emailed 3 times...no response. Pay a little more and go with a company from amazon.

Site misrepresents items to ship via USPS / FEDEX. Making you believe the item is stocked in the US and shipped to you from the US.
This is a flat out LIE. They don't ship from the US. They ship from China, which takes a month to receive your item. When you email them asking where your item is after a few weeks they tell you its coming and to wait longer (seriously, that is the answer I got)
I then asked where my tracking number is. They gave me a tracking number that did not work with Fedex, or USPS, or UPS, or DHL.

No. It worked for China post though. Said it was sitting in some city awaiting shipment.
I would not suggest ANYBODY buy here. They use SHADY business practices, and flat out lie to their customers. Then point you to a tiny link on the bottom of their site called "Shipping Knowledge" to tell you their delivery time-frame is up to 40 days. Awesome company indeed.

2 months I've been waiting for 6 motors for my Syma X5SW and I only got one respond from them witch was "call the post office" but I never got any tracking info and they have been ignoring me ever since. I'm a client not an employee, why the hell should I be doing the phone calls, don't they have google over there?

He takes your money and then attempts to buy the part at a profit (dropship perhaps?). After almost 6 weeks and no luck at finding a part, he just refunded my money with no Sorry'
