This time around I was prepared. I knew what to expect before jumping into the market. As a beginner its all unknown, although it may seem easy as an outsider. It's not as easy as it seems but my manager Ron Silver made sure to guide me as much as he could. I told him I don't want any surprises on the way, no extra costs or sudden glitches on the trading platform. Ron assured me that this would be a positive experience. I'm hoping that he is right, I'm only 2 weeks in and have yet to make a trade.

My overall experience was decent. Setting up my account took a little more time than I expected I was then assigned Max Wilsons as an account manager, following that we had a phone call sort of going through the general guidelines and understanding the goal of this firm to its clients.
We set up our next phone call and if I feel ready enough to trade then we'll get on that and if not we will work on analyzing the market and its trends.

Two weeks into my account set up and only made my first trade today. No pressure from my assigned manager or from the firm. They leave the decision up to you but provide you with the right tools to succeed.
PROs - Fees on the platform are pretty low and there are no hidden gems its all transparent, seems like they have nothing to hide. I waited two weeks to make my trade in order to check all these points. This firm is great for starters and hoping to see all my efforts pay off this year. Happy trading to all.

I have to say all the tools and features on this platform caught me off guard. I got overwhelmed at first, not knowing which path to take. My account manager David Miller put things into perspective. Many of the features provided are for people who are looking to be a hands-off. Thankfully I have the time to invest in my trading career.
David walked me through the platform and explained to me the importance of the features, chat options, mt5 platform, along with the different account types offered. I now have a better picture of things. Just here to let you all know that it can be overwhelming at first but the mentos at Sydney FX can help simplify things to your specific circumstances. Self-explanatory platform, fairly easy to use because its very friendly user. Only a month in, but I'm seeing good results.

I think it takes time to get a hold of the trading platform, but that should be the least of your concerns.
Once you get a grip of things, it becomes easier.
