From the first call with my account manager I had a great feeling about the firm. Michael sucre and I put together a trading schedule that best suited me and we went according to that. We had a scheduled phone call once a week whether I made a trade or not.
There was no pressure or right or wrong decision. Each trade I would make was thought through and Michael knew this is how I went about my journey.
I had a wonderful experience interacting with everyone I spoke to on the phone. They were very patient with me and explained the details of the platform calmly, which helped me get onboard quickly. Throughout our conversation, I felt that they cared for me and it was a really nice feeling. Although I am still a little scared to do things on my own, I'm grateful that I don't have to because of their assistance.
Daniel was very helpful in guiding me through the process of setting up my account. He patiently assisted me with setting up my login and password, as I am not very good with those things. He also made sure to address every issue that I had and provided me with clear instructions for navigating the PC platform and using the necessary programs. I appreciate his help and guidance with my tech issues.
I am a pro trader. Working with few accounts with different broker. When I first signed up with Sydney FX, I tested it out on demo accounts with low risk settings and even tried it on some of my funded accounts. The results were fantastic, and I successfully passed both phases. Now that I am using it on Live accounts, it is still performing just as well :)
At first, I was very hesitant about signing up for the platform because I was not comfortable speaking on the phone with people. They refused to let me do it by myself or through WhatsApp. However, they were very patient with me and helped me the entire time. So, thanks to the agents for being kind and easy to work with.

I was assigned Christopher close to two months ago when I set up an account with Sydney Fx. Christopher speaks from experience and is always supportive of my decisions. One of the first things that Christopher told me is to always listen to my gut, no matter what anyone else says, at the end of the day this is my account.
It is all run by one David Gold, who s a pushy, dishonest man who refuses to give you access to your own money. They ring from a variety of interstate numbers, they don't want to be traced, and the 'support' tab does nothing but go in circles. Don't believe any other reviews, they've written themselves, THEY ARE A SCAM GROUP WHO WANT YOUR MONEY!
My overall experience was decent. Setting up my account took a little more time than I expected I was then assigned Max Wilsons as an account manager, following that we had a phone call sort of going through the general guidelines and understanding the goal of this firm to its clients.
We set up our next phone call and if I feel ready enough to trade then we'll get on that and if not we will work on analyzing the market and its trends.
The trading interface is easy to use and designed to simplify the trading. If you'd be adding more languages to expand your reach and welcome traders from all over the world in would be even better.
I am feeling overwhelmed after accomplishing a significant milestone on this platform. Yesterday mI successfully executed my first trade involving BTC/USDT. My analysis of the market conditions played a role in the success of this trade. It was the identification of an unusual cluster of orders in the orders book that pointed towards an upcoming breakthrough of the resistance level. This discovery helped me predict the price movement with precision ultimately resulting in a successful trade.
I'm thankful to the broker and my account manager who provided me with all the necessary tools to make this trade. Their expertise and support were critical in making this trade a success.
I am not stopping here. I am continuing to analyse this pair, looking for better entry points to improve my trading strategy.
I joined about 5 weeks ago and they just won't to get full access to my phone and computer
When l first signed up and gave them some money there was no mention of this
Now they say there going to close my account if l don't give them access
I have told them to email the instructions to me of but off course they won't nothing to do with that.

Coaxed into some AI Financial trading via an advert. These seem to suggest financial disagreements between celebrities (Chris Tarrant/Eammon Holmes & Zoe Ball/Ben Shephard etc) which have links to the Sydneyfx.io platform. With a few details you are given a call to determine your financial means and then if you are worth pursuing an Account Manager will take over. I was ashamedly coaxed into depositing the minimum and they tried to convince me that my money was instantly operating with a proiper trading site. On reflection, none of this was true and was later told withdrawald were through a crypto account! Tried to close my "account" within 24 hours and get my deposit returned. Passed from pillar to post - change of Account Manager, Senior Manager (both with no contact), change of account, user name, password, etc. by the them. But no joy. They are con artists STAY WELL CLEAR!

Started to trade with Sydneyfx on November, I got a recommendation from a friends that trades with Sydney to ask for an account manager named Max Wilson.
As a part of our communication I did felt that Max got years of experience and it shows. Knows how to deal with high net worth clients. Many of his clients started with him due to personal recommendations.
At this point we trading on various assets, made some deposits,30K AUD approx, and made a withdrawal of profits of 8520AUD last month,
Today I asked for another deposit, It got rejected automatically - got a little scared and called Max, Max did handle it very quickly and the withdrawal was approved right after my call with him.
It is good to have someone to back you.

I think it takes time to get a hold of the trading platform, but that should be the least of your concerns.
Once you get a grip of things, it becomes easier.
