I ordered a Vacheron Constantin "Les Essentielles" Patrimony Replica from this site on 22 September 2011. Having parted with my hard-earned cash, I searched for some reviews (yeah, I know, wrong way round), and my heart sank a bit when I saw the negative comments. I received an order status change email from them on 23 September, a Parcelforce tracking code on 28 September and the watch arrived this morning, 5 October, so 9 working days in total. Apart from the watch taking longer to arrive than promised on the website, which is a minor gripe, I'm very pleased. It's a lovely replica, seems well put-together, was packed very well for shipping, and is exactly as I ordered.
Complete rip-off took my credit card details, cancelled order, unable to contact them. AVOID THIS THIS WEBSITE PLEASE! Had to contact credit card company for refund!
Paid 650€ for a Cartier watch 6 months ago
Forged up after a shower
Gained 1 hour every day
Wanted to send it back to repair and I would pay
They said NO
They said it's not waterproof as in the terms
And 6 months guarantee with time piece as in the terms Small print
Tip for consumers:
Customer service was very poor

Avoid this site they are in China and the money is paid to www.clothing.net. They charged me £5.00 and another £1.25 conversion fee.So any discount they offer is swallowed up. I have not got my watch and am working with my bank to get my money back. They are con artists and you should avoid them like the plague.
This flash looking website is a complete con! Definitely not uk based, definitely China based. Stated delivery within a week, it has now been three weeks and no watch. Money taken from my account over a week ago. When trying to contact them they took a week at least to reply. As I did not hear from them I tried to cancel the order, another week went by saying it was to late to cancel as the watch was on its way. That was a week ago and have heard nothing. Feel a fool for being conned. Don't let this happen to you! J E
Love the product, HATE THE SERVICE! I purchased a watch in April '10 for £325. The product arrived in 8 weeks instead of 2-4 weeks as advertised.
Then the watch button broke, and I sent it for a repair in October'10. It's today 26/4 and about 40 e-mails and 7 months later after various discussions how they had no parts they are telling that they cannot replace the button, but have to replace a larger piece of the watch and want an additonal £70! And "Alex" and "Kate" with whom I kept exchanging the e-mails wrote an e-mail that's supposed to make it sound as if they are doing me a favor because they are following up on their warranty. This is absolute SH! T service.

I have had a similar problem with this company, they do not honour their 'Terms and Conditions' and are showing themselves to be no better than thieves and liars. I ordered four items from them which should have been delivered within 3-6 days, they in fact arrived after 20 days from China. I decided which item I preferred and asked to return three for refund as stated in their Terms and Conditions. Once returned they advised me that the refund would be issued within 24 hours, that was 7 days ago, they now have the goods back and have repeatedly promised my refund but it never arrives!
Ordered my watch on 16th July, no tracking number sent. They have not replied to 1 of my emails via there customer support. Got them once on their "live chat" suprise suprise they stated something about quality control. Katie assured me it would be sent out last week. Not the case, still no tracking number and still appears as "pending" on their website. I have asked for a refund as they have not met their stated terms and conditions. No reply! I wouldnt touch them with a bargpole and agree with everyone elsr, stating this is not a UK based company
Just emailed them, and they assured me they were UK based (in Oxford) I have just traced the email - it was sent from an IP address in Glos.
Their reply was very quick - 5 mins no more.
Unfortunately i ddidn't find this site until it was to late, just placed an order with swiss replica now trying to cancel it, tried to email them using contact details on there site but it was returned saying it doesn't exsist!
I noticed some people had managed to contact them can you please tell me how?
Website ok but not that clear and not obvious how to track my order. Communication not that quick but ok. My watch arrived in 11 days just as described. A good quality replica, be aware you are not buying the real thing and you won't be disappointed. My watch was sent from the Phillipines by Fed Ex not the carrier mentioned on the web site, no tracking number was ever sent.
Guys just be aware! You've been warned! I ordered a rather expensive (for replica) watch from this site. Apart from the fact that it came from China, NOT from the UK... it didn't take 5-8 days to arrive but... 18 loooong days!
The watch (a Rolex Sea Dweller) looks pretty authentic. However, on the description states that it's water resistant to 100m and that the HE valve is functioning too...!
When I asked them whether I can take it diving with me, they replied NO, but that I could wear it in showering, surface swimming, wash hands and the like.
I put it under the tap the other day and it passed its first test successfully. Certainly I wouldn't take it to diving even if they'd claim so.
I also asked them whether the 1 year warranty would cover it, if I took it swimming and found that it's not that water resistant...! They replied that it would be covered by the warranty. It's some consolation afterall. Take care all.
This review is also a comment to a Janice E's review, but I figured it'd be best to submit it as a new review too, so it doesn't get lost in all those comments.
I have also have issues with these guys. Delivery times are an absolute joke, and their factory and distribution location is somewhere in the Phillipines (though my first watch was sent from Russia via China), NOT UK based as they specify. The only UK based bit is where you send the watches when returning them, and that's most likely a bedsit in Oxford.
I had to send my TAG watch back (twice) as it was so badly finished it actually sliced into the back of my wrist. They assured me this would be sorted with the second watch, but it was exactly the same. This process took over two months, and I had to pay return postage for both watches.
My recommendation through direct experience with them is to avoid these guys like they were a rabid drunken tramp, lurching towards you holding a rusty syringe. In short. Stay the hell away.
They're not going to steal your money, but you're not certainly going to feel like you have £200 - £300 worth of watch either. I saved my refund and bought a top of the range Casio Edifice instead, which is so so much better quality, comes in a nice box, and I can take it back to anywhere that stocks that brand if it goes wrong. Plus, I don't feel like a fake when wearing it.
Here is the story of my order.
6th July: Watch ordered, payment sent.
14th July: Item shipped from China with EMS. They told me that the UK stock failed in the quality test, so they had to send me the watch directly from China. Tracking number was given 2 days earlier.
20th July: Arrival at sorting center (Athens) and handed over to customs.
22th July: Released from customs (Thessaloniki)
25th July: Item received. No taxes payed
The watch is great. I have seen the original one several times in Geneva and I can say that the replica's appearance is very very close to the original (99% similar).
The movement is currently under test. It's been 10 days now that I am testing it using as baseline the swiss movement "Valjoux 7753" of my AUTHENTIC Hamilton Jazzmaster, and the results (concerning the accuracy) are impressive.
The response to my emails was very fast (same day or next response).
I tracked all Kate's emails and I found that she is behind an IP from Russia (Moscow). I don't know if it's just a proxy. I don't care.
I'll keep you informed guys.
