I have 2 with the black handle 10" chef knives.
I've been pondering for a couple of months and decided to get the "wood-handled 10" chef knife with my initials in script".
Again... Beyond Happy as hell!

Timely delivery, product imprint perfect. Great service. Product arrived in what appeared to be a manufacturer's box so I was concerned about whether or not it was engraved... it was - as mentioned, perfectly. Thank you.

I like my new knife but its just not the same as my original. The unlock mechanism is now underneath by the blade where as the original had it conveniently located on the side of the handle for easy SAFE access.

Remember the song, "Unforgettable You". So far you guys have delivered on you promises. Several other companies have not. DONT DISAPPOINT ME on future orders or you will be "Forgettable You" or referred to as "Unreliable You oo".

Received my new leather holder for my Leatherman. Nice case, trouble with the snap staying closed.

Picture showed the brush holder on top of the cream bowl container. I thought it would be affixed to it allowing the brush and holder to be stable. As it is, it is unstable allowing it to tip over.

I've been a customer for years. Those small pocket knives with all the specialized designs make great gifts. For example, I've just given the Wild Horses one to a woman who runs a horse sanctuary and, previously, i've given the cat paws one to my daughter who is a vet. And I have various models of the larger Swiss army knives for myself, including one of those huge ones that is really too big to carry around very often...

When you are selling something that sells itself; it is easy to do a good job. I have been dealing with SwissKnifeshop for years and they have come through for me every time. I have my swiss army knife in my pocket all the time, it is a very useful tool.

There are many vendors who tout original replacement accessories for Victorinox Swiss Army Knives. The piece I ordered was as original as possible.
One word of advice, vendors should always include measurements and a close up of the cap of the accessory. Reason being, if the item sits on the curve of the knife body it has a unique fitted cap; as opposed to the straight line.of larger body knives.

I appreciate the service at this time. Bought 3 knives for my grandkids. I had mine over 40 yrs. A gift from my dad. (till disney took it away) But the quality seems every bit as good and delivery was quick. This is a very convenient knife to have in a shaving kit when traveling.

Ordered the Leatherman Surge for my son's 27th birthday. Got his name & phone # engraved on it (long name, used both sides). He is beyond thrilled, and will use this outstanding tool long beyond its 25 year warranty.
