I am appalled by your lack of customer service and communication on this matter. I traveled on April 8th, I filed my complaint on April 13, and you have yet to contact me, Well I received an email stating you will get back to me on April 27th matter, it was in fact April 8th matter. I would like to hear from someone with Swiss Air. It is a month today that I travelled with your company. This is totally unacceptable. I have yet to hear back from Swiss Air or the FAA regarding not being able to buckle my seatbelt due to needing an extension by every attendant before taking off ( My response to swiss airlines telling me they will get back to me here it is July 14 nothing)
