Swift charged my credit card $149 for some compliance stuff that I did not request. My final invoice was $299. Upon seeing the charge I requested a full refund and was told it would not happen even though the TOS says, in part, ".If you cancel your initial or annual report order after we have received payment but before we have made any attempt to file your Initial or Annual Report, we will issue you a full refund." No report was filed therefore, based on their TOS I am entitled to a full refund. Furthermore, the website provides 100% guarantee for dissatisfied customers. However, the customer service agent Birgsos, said that there is no such thing and the website need to be update to remove the guarantee. Sadly, I have used this service perviously and did not have this issue but no I will not used them in the future and suggest that you not used them as well.
