Swanky Badger

I recently purchased a wallet for my partner for our first Christmas together, and I am beyond disappointed. The wallet has barely lasted a week before it started flaking off and revealing a different color underneath, making it clear that this is not genuine leather. The quality is shockingly poor—definitely not what I expected. I thought I was buying something special for such an important occasion, but instead, I ended up giving a gift that looks like it should have cost no more than a few dollars. Spending $120 on something so obviously subpar feels embarrassing, and I deeply regret this purchase. This has been a complete letdown, and I would never recommend this wallet to anyone.

I ordered a customized leather "tech roll" for my husband as a Christmas gift. He travels as a profession and I thought that this would be a classy and convenient way for him to carry charging cords and other tech accessories. Of course imaging on the website is impressive. Reality is, this piece is the size of a small wallet, made of thin cheap leather, it might even be leftover scraps from something else. In fact he didn't know what it was when he opened the box, I had to explain it to him. Not only is there barely any room for cords, forget about adding any other accessories. The straps that wrap round to hold the contents are cheap scraps as well. You can see the stitching on the outside front and back from where the pockets were sown in, proof zero craftsmanship goes into making this. Extremely cheap and tacky looking. And the "customization", which is his initials, also looks like it was just a cheap embossing stamp. While this product arrived on time, unlike what other reviews say, I thought I was smart by ordering early. Turns out it was a bad idea because I am now past the 30 day return window and I'm stuck with this - it is going into the donation bag. A pure embarrassing and disappointing Christmas gift.
