They shipped an electric scooter without a manual. The throttle was mounted incorrectly and did not return on its own. It quit after only one ride. And then I kept getting different dates for the refund to arrive. It ended up taking a month. I'm not that hard to win over, but they didn't even try. Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say.
