With Swagbucks I've been able to earn $5-$25 gift cards for online stores that I frequent just from having them as my default browser. There are other options to obtain points (Games, Videos, Surveys, etc.) too if I choose to do so. There's no stress to use my points in a certain time limit and, if I don't want to spend them on myself, I can donate my points to a cause I feel is worth it.
I have been a member for a couple years and like that I can earn a little extra money. I have found that recently it is harder to get "accepted" into surveys, or you will get through half of the survey and answering the questions and will get booted out telling you it's full or you don't qualify. It also can take a week to have them send you the code for your gift card. The site works, and you can make money, you just have to be tolerant of these things :)

Swagbucks is great because it's easy to use and the wait time on the gift cards is quick. Online shopping that you actually get something for? Yes please.
They won't back up to their word after i sign up for their website all the code that i put it, it kept on saying it invalid but I contacted customer service and from there it was just misleading information and nonsense. Waste of time, It a fraud website I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
It is OK and not hard to use. I avoid all their "special offers" for two reasons:
1. They refuse to recognize me often. Have talked to CS, but they are not interested in assisting (not important enough to them?)
2. The few offers/polls I have done, either the points NEVER showed up, or they took so long I gave up on them
I like Swagbucks but it's become very difficult to earn any swagbucks as the years pass. The amount of time you spend on any of the activities are hardly awarded appropriately and if you have issues with being rewarded you almost get punished for reporting it especially when it's often. New rules claiming a free trial saying only sign-up if you're truly interested in the offer is ridiculous. How does swagbucks know if somebody really isn't? I could sign-up for a few offers and decide I didn't like any of them and cancel the subscription because it wasn't for me. So how can you say that somebody just signed up for swagbucks and canceled before they were charged? I like trying new things but if I don't like what they offered before the billing cycle starts, of course I'm canceling quickly as possible. That shouldn't mean I should lose out on any swagbucks because I didn't stick with the offer. I've never had this issue but I'm just saying it's utter bs. That quote on those offers makes me not want to try out new products alone anymore from the Swagbucks website.
I've used this site for several years now -- I keep coming back because it's a nice easy way to earn some extra money.
I like mainly the surveys. Sometimes I get a little frustrated at not qualifying but am glad that if I'M m patient I eventually qualify for a survey and earn Swagbucks that can be redeemed for great rewards. My favorite reward is Amazon gift cards.
