Swagbucks presents a mixed reputation among its users, with some customers appreciating the variety of ways to earn rewards, such as surveys and games. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback, particularly regarding account deactivations, unresponsive customer service, and delayed payouts. Many users report frustration over not receiving compensation for completed surveys and feeling misled about earning potential. The overall sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction, with a notable number of users warning others against investing time in the platform due to perceived scams and inadequate support. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its customer service and reliability.

Swagbucks are awesome! I've already redeemed about $95.00 in gift cards. Thank you swagbucks:-) I'll never stop using swagbucks!
I watch videos and do surveys when my other work slows down, so it's a good way to fill in less busy days. I do actually find new content and am introduced to new products and services once in a while too.
I love how easy swagbucks is to use and is a honest company. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had with a company and absolutely love them.
I really like Swagbucks, making extra money for wants or needs is great! I definitely recommend downloaded the app or just going to the website and giving it a try and make some money!
I absolutely love it. It's amazing it's fun and so easy. Super fast earning points and you get to pick from so many great things when you redeem your rewards.
I USE SWAGBUCKS AND IT DOES REALLY PAY IN THE LONG RUN AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM REDEEMING MY POINTS FOR REWARDS
Not a get rich quick scheme, but certainly a great way to earn some extra cash toward the bills and spend some extra time with the family.
Got my amazon giftcards... its cool and free tho sometimes the surveys don't always reward. Its also a very good way to earn cash back..
I love it i redeemed a lot of things these pass years. I put clothes on my back and shoes on my feet just from swagbucks! So thank you swag on!
Everything seems to have gone fine. This was my first card. I did Walmart and shopped online and had it shipped. I am not blind to the fact that there are both sets of comments from users here about being able to redeem. I will update once a month here. That should provide those who come after with a good review to help decide.
This site is pretty good. There are many ways to earn money. My only issue is that I have to spend a lot of time in order to accumulate enough points to cash out.
I Ended Up Using Some Of My Swag bucks Towards An I Tunes Gift Card. Very Happy With The Result! Saving Up To Preorder An Album That's Coming Out Soon. Yey Me
I have enjoyed using swagbucks. I do it when I can and earn a little extra money. Use it if I am going to be shopping online anyway. I find it better than the other sites out there.
My only complaint is not getting credit for an online Macy's order that I went through from an email generated by Swagbucks. Placed the order... paid and received order but not the Swagbucks I was promised. Probably will just stick to videos and surveys! Also couldn't figure out one of the summertime games.
One of the greatest sites to make free money and the customer support has always been great! Thanks, Swagbucks keep up the good work. Jay
Swagbucks is the best. Earn Walmart/Amazon gift cards for doing almost nothing. They send you links to earn extra points. I only have a twitter account because of Swagbucks. I personally have earned probably $600 over the past 3-4 years for doing nothing at all. Each thing takes a couple seconds of time. AND it's super fun!
I've been on SB for a year and I've noticed some changes. To be fair, I have gotten a lot of gift cards, but it is getting more difficult. At the beginning I always got credit for the surveys, but now I rarely do. I frequently spend 20 - 30 minutes completing a detailed survey, only to be told at the end that I don't qualify. Video credits have also become more of a problem, where I watch an hour or more of video clips, only to have the last one get hung up and I don't get credit for any of them. I suspect that Swagbucks is trying to boost the shopping activity on their site because that seems to be the only way I can get SB anymore.
It is good, incredible, moving, entertaining, dynamic, sure, I would keep wherever I can in it. They should know him all, friends and family
Swag is super fun, but keeps increasing the videos to watch for less reward. I do enjoy it still. The videos are fun and relevant content.
I've been using Swagbucks for years now and other than the occasional issue with not receiving credit for a few of the new deals I would click on, due to the "click" not recording through Swagbucks, for whatever reason, I'm very happy with them. I would change the fact that they dont get credit from the companies who advertise with them, if they are to manually give us credit for a non-recorded click, when in fact we never would have known about the offer had we not been a Swagbucks user. I think there needs to be some sort of guarantee of loyalty from companies who use Swagbucks to advertise, and the user who tries the new product via Swagbucks. If you contact the company and tell them you only tried their product because of Swagbucks, and now arent receiving credit for it, for whatever reason, that they make sure the credit is given to Swagbucks and therefore Swagbucks must give credit to us, the user. Ive lost a lot if Swagbucks because the click not registering and I find it completely unfair to make a purchase with our money, only because we want to earn the Swagbucks, only to never receive them. If you know how Swagbucks works then you have probably run into the same issue. Other than that, I always get my gift cards, always get a response from customer service and enjoy using and earning Swagbucks.
Answer: They are definately legit been a member for many years and have earned over 70,000 swagbucks been paid many times with no problems also use there swagbutton with no problems
Answer: It is real cash, since you can have the payment through PayPal or Visa cards. They're not going to just deposit into a bank account.
Answer: Each point is a penny. So if you want a $5 gift card you need 500 Swagbucks. My only recommendation is don't get the Visa cards. All other cards work easily online or in store. Visa never seems to be accepted anywhere.
Answer: No, it won't steal your personal data. It's perfectly safe.
Answer: Got to $28 rather quick but the next $2 i need to cash out IS TAKING FOREVER!
Answer: You need to earn swagbucks to get a gift card. As few as 300-500 swagbucks will get you a gift card (worth $3 - $5). Better gift cards are available for more swagbucks.
Answer: Either way. Some gift cards are physical cards and are mailed and some are online.
Answer: "... the page disappeared..."? If this is about getting a bonus for using the Search function, the page doesn't disappear; it sits there until you move off it. A couple times, I have moved off a page before realizing there was a Search bonus. I hit the Back button on my browser & input the code, no problem. Of course, if you don't respond in a timely manner, the bonus expires. (I think it's around 3 minutes, but I'm not certain.) Also, if you input a non-matching code, you'll get a new code, but only 2x (3 chances in total). Are you maybe talking about a SwagCode? That's a bonus that appears on an otherwise normal page. And again the page doesn't disappear. If you take too long, you get an expired notice in the SwagCode box, but the page remains.
Answer: Many giftcards are sent electronically. Some are within a few hours, others can take a few days. How well they pay depends on which activity you're referring to and also how much time and effort you devote to earning. Some activities are USELESS, like watching videos - you watch 15 30-second videos and are only paid 2SB, the equivalent of 2¢. For 7.5mins, that's asinine! However, some of the activities, like the surveys, in-store shopping/receipt upload and games (such as Swago) can offer a great bonus here and there.
Answer: You never get paid from there discovery items, huge scam
