Have been doing Swagbucks for about 3 months now. At first it was fairly easy although time consuming. But as time went on it seemed to become more and more of a minefield full of glitches. The "Discovery" part leads to a lot of dead ends unless you spend money... You answer one question about weed killers on a survey and then get inundated with spam emails about weed killers... As an experiment I spent three days when online only on this site and then found I had over 1500 pieces of spyware to remove... If you have a lot of time on your hands and the patience of Job to go with it. You might be less frustrated than I have become. For me. It has become one glitch after another... Surveys drop off mid way... customer service response is robotic and sometimes does nothing to answer the question posed. Some things are not fully explained ( like you can score up to 10 points on the free games. But that is 10 points TOTAL and not for how high your score goes. Your score means nothing as they award 2 points for every two or three or four or five times you play up to 10 and then that is it... I now find that my patience wears thin and have to go away from it for a week or so and then come back to get frustrated all over again

Surveys often take many times longer than they say they will, and often don't even pay. Offers frequently don't pay as well. I spend more time issuing support tickets to get rewards for offers I've completed than actually completing offers. I can't even use most of the site from most computers because whatever security features are on that computer go crazy warning me the offsite links, offers, and surveys are full of dangerous malware.
I'm pretty sure Swagbucks exists solely to mine as much personal data as they can off people and pay out as little money as possible for it (allthewhile destroying whatever device you're accessing the site from).
They have actually fixed a few of the things I've complained about, but even still, they are terrible and I don't even think they should get 1 star.

Even funnier, they just sent me an email asking me to rate them and tell them what they could improve.
I wrote them a short synopsis of my many complaints, and told them how many of the features of their site don't work, and when I tried to submit it I got an error message saying it didn't go through. *facepalm*

Thus, proving my point exactly, except Swagbucks will never be able to read it because their site doesn't work. So I'm giving them a bad review here.
