I love Swagbucks! I love the challenges and all the different ways to earn points! The gift cards are great in a pinch and I know several users who use Swagbucks to buy Christmas presents every year and birthday gifts which I find awesome! I typically use the gift cards to buy groceries as that is what we end up lacking by the end of two week periods otherwise I save up for the $25 PayPal cash back to pay down debt!

It's easy to earn a few dollars for gift card like facebook, amazon, paypal and so many more, it dose take time but for me its worth, so if you have time to waste why not earn a few dollars doing it.

I love this site and all the free coffee it's afforded me to drink since I trade my Swagbucks for Starbucks cards and 90 percent of the time there are no issues occasionally though you'll waste half an hour on a survey only to be told you don't qualify?! Or a broken link will happen and no credit given these don't happen too often luckily and I can't wait to see else is in store for Swagbucks and me being a user!
Great, I got gift cards just by using the Internet! Awesome! Swagbucks is great and you get about $0.09 for a couple of searches, and you could do surveys if you want, and there are also swag codes, which you can redeem for usually 2 to 5 cents.
I have been able to redeem multiple gift cards since I've been a member... what's not to like about that? Sure, there are glitches sometimes and minor issues here and there, but overall it is an easy way to get rewarded.

Simply put don't waste your precious time & energy with this site. I joined up for the first time. Everything seemed fine but within 24hrs I discovered my account had been deactivated for no apparent reason, I didn't receive any notification or explanation, thier customer service & response time is a joke, which I'll go into later. It's the only account I held with them so not a case of double dipping. I discovered I had to contact compliance which I did. 3 1/2 WEEKS AGO. I have still had no response. So I contacted them again 1 week ago asking for this to be chased up. I actually received a response to this one advicing me to do what I already had done & if it wasn't resolved to respond to the email. Which I chose to do but low & behold it went back to the no response received modus operandi that seems to characterise Swagbucks. I'm now not wasting my time chasing this up. As I've tried twice via email & twice via social media. All requests where ignored.
It's alright to use to gain a few extra bucks if a person has some free time. A person can get points in a number of ways. The more common ways are surveys, watching videos, and shopping. Need 500 points at a minimum to get a reward which is usually a 5 dollar gift card. It takes 2500 points to get cash ($25) through PayPal. It usually takes about a week to get a gift card or money from Swagbucks after you claim your reward.
However it can be difficult to accumulate points as if you don't qualify for a survey you get one point. And you can only gain a maximum of 5 points daily from surveys that you don't qualify for. Can be very time consuming. Sometimes a person qualifies for a number of surveys in a short period of time. It depends on who is conducting surveys, and if they are a match for you. Most surveys are 75 points. Some have point values less than 75 points and others have higher point values.
Usually have to watch 20 videos to get 3 points most of the time. It's a mighty slow way to get points. A person who has a lot of free time on their hands like a retiree, senior, or disabled person might be happy with that though.
I haven't tried to get points via shopping. I haven't come across any products thus far that I need where I would benefit from that.
I haven't come across any "gotchas," questionable practices, scams, or anything else of that sort. So, I can't say that it's harmful in any way. For a person who has free time it's a way to get some gift cards and/or make a little cash. A person won't get wealthy from this.
My only pocket money for my small desires. Once after I found Swagbucks I am glad I can buy anything I wish.
