I joined Swagbucks. I completed surveys, answered their daily questions and watched the odd video. Many surveys allow you to answer numerous questions before you are told you do not qualify, making this a time-consuming activity. I did not make any purchases through their site or search the internet etc. I collected points from the surveys and chose an Amazon voucher as a reward. Swagbucks deactivated my account without notification (having read numerous reviews of this company, suddenly deactivating accounts and blocking users is not so uncommon) and before I had used the voucher. I contacted them and awaited their response. The website states you should get a response within 10 working days. I didn't. In fact, I had to contact them several times. This is poor customer service. They finally respond claiming unauthorized activity on my account. They refuse to explain what this alleged unauthorized activity is when asked for details. I have not received the rewards voucher. I am disgusted with this company. They lack any level of professionalism and show no integrity as they make accusations without giving any facts to back their claims. I suspect that there was no unauthorized activity and that this is an excuse not to pay out. Perhaps, surveys do not make them as much money as the search engines and purchases made through their site, I don't know. What I do know is, if you want to complete surveys to make some extra money, find a better site than Swagbucks. There are plenty of others out there!

Swagbucks is a great website to get free gift cards just for doing surveys and they got a daily list of things you can do to get bucks to get the gift cards. The only thing I don't like about it is you can only us the gift cards online but other then that the site is great.

I like the opportunity to earn gift cards in spare time, but it has been frustrating that several surveys have taken 30 minutes (and sometime they even say I've completed 100%) and then it says that 'not every survey can be a winner' and I don't get the points. I understand that they need to have screener questions, but more than a few minutes of questions to decide if you "qualify" is too much.
I wish it didn't take all day and night to get a few points. When you have to take care of an elderly person and work a job and then try to do swagbucks it keeps me up at night to get a few points.

If you are willing to put in the effort to do surveys and the other free options on this site, you can make some extra pocket cash at the end of each month. Don't think that you can just do a few tasks here and there and make money, you have to put effort into it, but it is very worth it.
