Alot of the surveys don't load or hang up half way through. And some cut you off after the last question and don't give you the SB you just earned

I became a member of Swagbucks thinking that I was not going to get much out of it, but would just explore it for a few days. However, I have earned several gift cards and have stayed a member for almost a year now! I am truly amazed by how easy it is to earn rewards on Swagbucks. To be honest, nothing in life is completely free. In other words, because it is computer based, I have had computer problems, network problems, etc. to deal with while trying to do Swagbucks, but being optimistic and persistent does eventually pay. Try it for yourself! It is worth it!

They have two daily goals to earn bonus points & bonus points for several consecutive days of making the first goal. Some surveys are long & boring, some are fun. My biggest gripe is that once or twice a week I will finish a survey & not get credit. They used to take care of it sometimes, but lately they haven't even returned my emails. Don't bother with the videos. They're long & boring, and many of them stop playing. Also frustrating is the frequency of not qualifying for surveys. Like I said - it's a video game, and you make a few bucks for winning.

I love my Swagbucks account. It is a lot of fun. I make money or gift cards on products I buy anyway and sometimes new products. I try to do the daily activities every day. I like doing the surveys and watching video's. I earn Swagbucks on my searches too. The Swagbucks add up quickly. Earning the extra cash and gift cards helps a lot. If you have problems, they work with you quickly to resolve them. I have enjoyed being a member of this site more than most of them.
But it does take some time if you don't work a lot on it if you are not a huge user of their online shopping sites and thus far I have shopped through Swag 6 times and have never received any % back for it nor a response to any of my emails regarding this issue.
