I wanted to redeem my sb for a gift card. I got an e-card where I thought I was getting an actual gift card in the mail. It was for a gift, so I was disappointed it was just a print out card.
Swagbucks is a great way to earn free cash/paypal gift cards or store gift cards. It is easy to use and they have excellent customer service. If for some reason my swagbucks don't post after 30 days I can write and I always get immediate assistance. Every time is has been resolved positively. Also if I have a question there is always someone to answer on the site or on FB. It is great!
This is an website was definitely a blessing. I've used it to collect Swagbucks all of my Swagbucks have gone to helping me pay for my fashion design classes! I've been also earning for referring other people and it is definitely been big help, just wishing that I could immediately redeem my gift cards instead of waiting for it.
Swagbucks is easy to earn points to redeem for giftcards and somewhat easy to use the online giftcards on some of business sites. Though it is difficult sometimes because you will not get the points or earn the points by doing an activity it says to get it. To get their app is a mess to redeem SB points because for one of their ways to redeem it does not validate it. Even though when you follow their steps they say they need to wait a certain amount of time usually around 30 days which is understandable. When Swagbucks say you have to wait 7 seven day on the website after clicking on the link to get the SB points to see it as pending or redeemed. After talking to Customer Service they say to wait 30 days to see as pending which makes no sense. Swagbucks has potential but they needed to fix a majority of their bugs whether redeeming points or using the app to get the points. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
It is the best! I Love it! Who doesn't love earning free money! Can't beat it! It has helped pay for Christmas and vacations for several years now

I don't use it very often because many of the offers just don't apply to me and my shopping preferences. Have redeemed a couple gift cards through use, so it's been nice when there are offers I can take advantage of
Love it but just wish I qualified for more so I could earn faster. Way to many that string me along for 5 minutes or so then say Im not qualified. That does upset me. I dont like to waste my time

Sometimes it's a bit of a downer when you get almost done with the surveys and it cuts you off. Other then that I have a blast.
