Great for gift cards. Takes forever since most of the time i do NOT qualify for the surveys and if you dont qualify for too many swagbucks WILL deactivate your account. So all i do is the daily poll and my every so often search

Every time I write with screen shots (which is their policy) they say they can't prove that I used their website to make the purchase for offers. If you click on shop activity under your user picture, you can see all the stores that you have visited using their site. I'm tired of being called a liar. I spent $20 on shampoo and then was promised $25. They just kept ignoring me and never paid me. I called the company I made the purchase from, told them what swagbucks did and that I was returning the bottles. I took the shampoo and put in a plastic container and kept it, sent the bottles back, got my money back and I hope that company $#*!ed them out!

I've used Swagbucks (on and off) for many years now and I can say that the brand has been getting more frustrating as time goes on. I understand that they can't just give away points to their users because that wouldn't be very profitable, but it used to be a lot easier to collect Swagbucks. For example, the video feature would always work (now it's very spotty and I frequently get kicked out of playlists) and it was easy to let it play in the background and earn swagbucks. Same for their mobile features. It's nice because since I've joined swagbucks I've earned a couple hundred of dollars, so I can buy myself a new phone case cover or (as I've done) used part of my balance to save $50 or so dollars on textbooks for college. It's nice and I would recommend some people to swagbucks but I'm hesitant to because it is very time consuming for most users.
