I am very satisfied with Swagbucks. Like other reviews I have read, I have had a hiccup or two along the way, but customer service has always fixed it within 48 hours and sometimes less than 24. I have been using Swagbucks for couple of month and I can say it is the best survey and coupon site ever. One can easily earn point by taking surveys discovering deals etc. I redeemed my SB point many times.
The very first time I signed up they said a $10.00 bonus never got it. I had to work veryong time just to get a $25.00 PayPal payout. Finally got it after a long time. Closed the as account waited a long time to open again said it gave a $10.00 bonus worked on some ads enough for payment, nothing again. Contacted customer support no response. These people as re nothing but liers and run as flim-flam scam company.

I've always known this site was pretty bad about paying you for the things you do there, but it was a couple bucks a month to use on amazon when ordering groceries, a member for over 12 years... but now they have gone way beyond a site I feel safe on... I sent in a support request to be paid for an offer I was owed... Next thing I know they want my driver's license and a photo recognition photo of my face. This information can be used against you some day if its hacked or sold to a facial recognition software company... they try to assure you that its safe but the company they use wants to store this info for 3 years. Umm NO. Why? I would not allow them to have this for minutes let alone 3 years... We have already verified our account threw the postal mail and also threw text on our cell phones. Why are they now wanting to collect our ID and photo... that is just not right and for the 3 dollars Im owed I will not comply to this demand
Swagbucks is the only site that I have found where you make real cash and giftcards for surveys. You can also clip coupons, play games and watch videos... All the while logging money for more rewards. I enjoy earning as I can then shop at all my favorite online stores and even use them at the local mart. I can honestly say that this is the best site that I have used as it pertains to making money from doing different activities. Great rewards app. I am really enjoying the surveys some you can make up to two dollars on in just a short amount of time. There's so many activities that you can do it's pretty fun and you make a little cash at the same time.
Having fun with swagbucks, I answer a few questions or watch a video and accumulate points towards rewards. It's fun, it's simple, and they're on point when sending me my rewards. It said allow 10 days for item to be delivered. They took 3 days to deliver.
