Appreciated for dedication and commitment over the years. Swagbucks has been there for me, the best online earning sites I've ever seen. With different ways to earn Swagbucks and later convert them to actual cash ranging from answering surveys, playing games, shopping etc. Swagbucks is the best, I've personally had fun using this website and I can encourage others to make use of it too. And you can redeem rewards via PayPal, gift cards, coupons and other convenient means.
A lot of big brands here have a low trust score and thats natural because customers usually leave a review when they are disappointed about the product they purchased or used. So I can't understand why 30000 reviewers would praise Swagbucks because they are "earning" one dollar a month for spending endless hours of their precious time to answer to hundreds of surveys. Unless they are chatbots. Me too, I have answered some surveys and only after completing them I was informed that I was not worth that 1 cent for my time. There was an offer to download the Monopoly Go App and earn 30 USD by completing level 101 within 30 days. I did that in 16 days and guess what? They tracked until level 71. I emailed them before the deadline about this issue, and guess what? They never replied. Swagbucks.com is definitely one of the biggest scammers and fraudsters online, so just don't waste your precious time for them. They make money thanks to you and they laugh at you.

I recently tried to sign up to Swagbucks, but encountered a technical error that prevented me from logging in. This was extremely frustrating, as I had been looking forward to using the platform and the rewards it offers. I tried multiple times to get the login page to work, but to no avail. As such, I wouldn't recommend Swagbucks to anyone who wants an easy online experience.
Sometimes the sites for SB don't credit to swagbucks. I've played many and done tons of surveys without being credited. I love swagbucks I always have but I've had issues lately. I do recommend you to others as well. Thank you for listening.

I like this site very much.it is of great use, i hope it lasts forever
I particulary liked the way it work and the way to improve the products, as i see a remarkable improvement on the ground!
I hope it lasts forever!
They are slow and completely unresponsive. I am still looking for 7,500 Swagbucks that should have been rewarded in December. I even went to MonopolyGo Customer Support to provide a date of when I reached the level to receive said points. Attached it to my ticket and have heard nothing. It's funny how they go ghost when they need to payout the large amount of Swagbucks.
Swagbucks is fun to do but lately it's become a long time consuming project. Understand things change. It use to be easier to get swagbucks and easy to get to your own personal goal in one day. Now it's still possible to get to your goal for the day but you will be on swagbucks working at it for a long, long time. You really work hard for the points.
Just saying.
It is very difficult to contact customer service and the time it takes for answers is very long. Most of the time I never get any results at all.
I stopped using Swagbucks when they stopped tracking my play like many other people and they stopped giving me credit when I contacted help desk. I thought I would give it another chance, but this time I didn't receive a credit in the middle of 2 others so surely they couldn't deny that I had earned the credit when I earned it for reaching a lower level and a higher level so the in between should be automatic. Nope. They still said there was no proof that I had earned the credit.
It's a great app, so easy to earn and redeem prizes, helped quite amazingly for some purchases in the house
They have lots of surveys, but all are grossly underpaid. Moreover, often the surveys are not rewarded although they have been completed.
The customer service is non existent.
The only positive aspect is that when they pay, they pay relatively quickly.
Used to get search wins multiple times a day now its once a month. Only way to get swag bucks anymore is surveys and shopping-if everything credits properly. If it doesn't credit you have to try to get a hold of customer service which is almost impossible
All to often, I reach the end of a survey and get kicked out. Sometimes, too frequently, I finish survey and am told there is some type of malfunction and of course I don't get rewarded. This is very, very frustrating! I have tried to complain about surveys finished and not rewarded and have not had anyone respond.
On 01/24/24, I completed an offer from Swagbucks.com (Prodege LLC) to reach "Board 101" in the game "Monopoly Go" by 01/30/24 for a payment of $160.00. It was a difficult level to reach and, since Swagbucks had honored their offer in paying the much smaller amounts for reaching earlier board levels ($1, $2, $5, $15, and $35), I believed that they would also honor the major payoff of $160 for Board 101 and spent a good deal on "in-game purchases" in order to reach that board before my deadline, calculating that I would still come out ahead. When I reached Board 101, however, they did not credit me as they had for the earlier token-amounts. I submitted Ticket #******* on 01/25/24 explaining the problem, including screenshot proof of the offer and my completion of the required level. On 01/30/24, Swagbucks credited me $50.00 for reaching Board 101. I immediately responded to let them know that the amount was incorrect, it should have been $160.00, not $50. They replied that the amount was based on the ticket I had submitted and that "if the amount is incorrect, please reply to this message and let me know as soon as possible." I did so, again including a screenshot of the offer I completed with a promised payment of $160.00. They replied with exactly the same email, ignoring that I had just told them that the amount was incorrect and again telling me to let them know if the amount was incorrect, so I let them know again. This continued almost daily for five weeks, my telling them and providing proof that the amount was incorrect, them replying with the same response telling me to just let them know if the amount was incorrect, until I finally got it through my head that they had no intention of honoring their offer and were letting me know with sneering contempt that I could do nothing about it.
I can depend on Swagbucks! They really do pay. And you cannot beat that!
I use swagbucks to get free gifts, it is interesting website that make me funny.
It is very important and helpful website, i advice you to visit and use it.
There are way better survey websites that can get you cash faster. It takes a lot of effort just to get a few points on SwagBucks but on other survey sites I use you can literally get 100 points from one survey, (you need 400 points to redeem $10) which is really good! But SwagBucks is too overrated and takes too much effort.
I like Swagbucks. But sometimes there are issues with loading survey or if I am doing any survey it automatically stop working in the middle or towards the end. That result I. Wastage of all my efforts.
But it's a good way to earn extra bucks.
Your categories make your site one of the hardest to submit a request for help! A simple request for help can't be generalized in your categories! Was surprised reward came thru though for Amazon! Wanted PayPal. But some of the postings discouraged me because of what subscribers had posted about PayPal payouts PLUS who could figure out how to verify PayPal account... lets see how good your support is to reach & help me with that!
A wonderful experience and valuable thank you. I hope you will stay in this site and do not really be really wonderful

I am a long time member of over 2 years and have used thier site everyday during that time so im very disappointed that when I provided proof of survey completion they did not take the time to look into it they just gave me a boiler plate answer and said if the survey companies don't want to pay too bad instead of recognizing thier was a mistake and fixing it. For whatever reason thier were issues over the weekend with survey payouts even though you completed the survey in full so I took screenshots as proof amd provided them so they could look into it and instead I got 4 copy and pasted email messages saying that if survey companies refuse to pay then too bad even though in the past they woukd investigate and give you the payout that was not rewarded. Terrible customer service and support in my opinion.
My son had an account with SwagBucks.com for over a year with no "violations" from participation in their offers. He always made sure to follow the guidelines so as not to be banned from any activity that looked fraudulent.
But as the number of victims grows, it looks like Swagbucks.com certainly knows how to be fraudulent.
Black Friday Weekend sweepstakes they gave lots of offers - seeing they promote themselves as "The Web's Premier Destination for Free Rewards" - and with those offers you purchase items and receive SB credits that can be turned into cards or cash or other means.
The Sweepstakes, in collaboration with a third party named REVu, offered an incentive prize if you spent enough on offers thus earned enough SB.
My son spent roughly $1000 in purchases for the many offers that weekend - some products, some services, some actual gamer games to participate in. Swagbucks.com blocked/deactivated his account right as he achieved the top 5 making him eligible for the sweepstakes prize and plenty of accrued SB credits.
They gave no explanation for the "violation" and stated he would not have access to any of the SB earned or the sweepstakes grand prize. This makes them a scam luring people in as "The Web's Premier Destination for Free Rewards" to make purchases in order to gain cash back (SB credits) then switching on the participants to deny them any of what was promoted/gained.
Contesting their action to lock his account and deny him lands on deaf ears - no arbitration - no explaination - no opportunity to discuss or defend.
