Swagbucks presents a mixed reputation among its users, with some customers appreciating the variety of ways to earn rewards, such as surveys and games. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback, particularly regarding account deactivations, unresponsive customer service, and delayed payouts. Many users report frustration over not receiving compensation for completed surveys and feeling misled about earning potential. The overall sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction, with a notable number of users warning others against investing time in the platform due to perceived scams and inadequate support. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its customer service and reliability.

Swagbucks is a great way to save money and find great deals! I always learn something about a product i haven't seen or heard about yet through Swagbucks.
Swagbucks closes accounts for many reasons. They deactivated my account which had more than $150 without any explanation. Ruined by non exist customer service
I love Swagbucks Im just not a frequent user because Im busy! I would say the only discrepancy I have is waiting so long for my gift cards- but it is free money so I cant complain much!
I LOVE EARNING GIFTCARDS BY DOING MANY DIFFERENT THINGS! SWAGBUCKS MAKES IT EASY TO DO WITH SURVEYS, GAMES, MOVIE CLIPS & PLENTY MORE THINGS. TEAM CHALLENGES ARE ANOTHER WAY TO GET TO THOSE REWARDS FASTER!
But there is plenty of ways to recieve points that it's not TOO bad. I don't get gift cards as often as I want, but it's better than nothing. Getting some points even for shopping; it only gives me back a dollar or two, but better than nothing!
It's not as easy to earn as you think (at least through surveys, which are very specific as to what they're about), but if you're an online shopper, this is the site for you.
I love working on swagbucks i work on there everyday, the only thing i would say is bad on there is that it is very hard to get points for surveys cause they do disqualified you alot of the times but all and all i still work on there every day and make money everyday!
If you have free time at work, make more money by taking surveys! An extra 50 bucks a month is my average, which translates to a nice meal, or socking away as additional balance on Amazon. I just wish it didn't take so long to redeem SBs- seems kind of arbitrary making us wait a week from requesting a gift card to when it's actually available.
Swagbucks is an easy to shop, search, play games, answer surveys all in the convenience of your home or on the go and earn points towards gift cards.
Like others, feels like I get disqualified way from survey too much some even after stringing me along for 10 minutes or more. It should only list surveys for which I am qualified. I did fill out a detailed profile for a reason. You basically get the most SB from buying stuff or signing up for subscriptions. Sometimes I get disqualified for the surveys before they even start. Watching videos is another option to get SB points, but they are very slow to load (could be all the commercials). The Discover Web Content and Earn under the Discover section should gain you SB by exploring websites but most seem to make you sign up for something. If you must signup that goes against the Discover Web Content part. The EngageMe TV has not worked for me. It never counts the videos watched and remains on zero. Overall I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because I HAVE gotten gift cards from them. However, most of the time, they are earned through actual purchases or subscriptions and not through surveys.
I've earned quite a few gift cards. I wish I didn't get disqualified so much but if you persist it's easy.
Really diggin it jus wish u could get more offers with fewer swagbuck tokens cause jus so everyone has a good chance. But yea i love the app really fun an interesting. Keep up with the good stuff guys..
A relatively overall positive experience and requires just very minimal effort in order to earn points. I was quite pleased when i was just a few dollars short on my amazon gift card balance while making a purchase, I had earned just enough swagpoints in order to receive the order difference as a reward. My only legitimate complaint is that the vast majority of gold surveys typically result in an incomplete and you miss out on the full swagbucks. This is generally after already spending a decent amount of time answering questions.
I use Swagbucks mainly for the points I earn just for doing internet research and for the shop & earn feature (especially for sites like Udemy.com). I wouldn't depend on it for monthly income, since I use the points mainly for books on Amazon, but it saves and earns me money with very little effort (and without clipping coupons). I'd recommend it to anyone.
Casual or intense user you can always earn with Swagbucks they are easy to get a hold of and won't grip when you don't receive payment they will actually help you out
It can be hard to build your points up, if you're trying to keep information about yourself, and other accounts, private.
Sometime videos won't work, causing you to not only lose those points, but also be unable to reach the video list for a while. The surveys almost always give you only one point, making them a waste of time, and points for using the search engine are completely unpredictable and unreliable.
A similar service, which I won't name, gives you 5 points for every search you do, while Swagbucks might no give you any points for 4 or more searches, and what you get could be as low as around 8-10 points, but no higher than around 15-20 points.
I can't speak on the services I don't use, as for the rest, while to some extent they do work, It's not as good as you would like or hope. In it's current state, it can be hard to recommend Swagbucks to other people.
All that being said, at the end of the day, it's still basically you get free money. That can make it hard to argue about the short comings of the service, however, I still believe it can be better then it is now.
There is always something interesting to do on SB. I like the variety. Its easy to earn SB to get gift cards. I like the ones for restaurants the best.
Allows me to earn rewards in record time! Always pays out and it's easy to earn points. I highly suggest you at least give it a try, what have you got to lose?
Swagbucks allows me to express my opinion and to help mold future consumer products. I love earning extra money for being over opinionated! If you take the time to learn about the site, there is no limit to what you can earn. Swagbucks works if you work it.
I'm on a fixed income due to a disability. Thus a little extra money to save up with. For my big medical DME (durable medical equipment) supply 3 digit copays. Being medically retired. I have the time to spend on Swagbucks too! If I want to do it I can! If not, I have no obligation not too! There are so many ways of earning swagbucks. That it doesn't get boring or monotonous either!
Answer: They are definately legit been a member for many years and have earned over 70,000 swagbucks been paid many times with no problems also use there swagbutton with no problems
Answer: It is real cash, since you can have the payment through PayPal or Visa cards. They're not going to just deposit into a bank account.
Answer: Each point is a penny. So if you want a $5 gift card you need 500 Swagbucks. My only recommendation is don't get the Visa cards. All other cards work easily online or in store. Visa never seems to be accepted anywhere.
Answer: No, it won't steal your personal data. It's perfectly safe.
Answer: Got to $28 rather quick but the next $2 i need to cash out IS TAKING FOREVER!
Answer: You need to earn swagbucks to get a gift card. As few as 300-500 swagbucks will get you a gift card (worth $3 - $5). Better gift cards are available for more swagbucks.
Answer: Either way. Some gift cards are physical cards and are mailed and some are online.
Answer: "... the page disappeared..."? If this is about getting a bonus for using the Search function, the page doesn't disappear; it sits there until you move off it. A couple times, I have moved off a page before realizing there was a Search bonus. I hit the Back button on my browser & input the code, no problem. Of course, if you don't respond in a timely manner, the bonus expires. (I think it's around 3 minutes, but I'm not certain.) Also, if you input a non-matching code, you'll get a new code, but only 2x (3 chances in total). Are you maybe talking about a SwagCode? That's a bonus that appears on an otherwise normal page. And again the page doesn't disappear. If you take too long, you get an expired notice in the SwagCode box, but the page remains.
Answer: Many giftcards are sent electronically. Some are within a few hours, others can take a few days. How well they pay depends on which activity you're referring to and also how much time and effort you devote to earning. Some activities are USELESS, like watching videos - you watch 15 30-second videos and are only paid 2SB, the equivalent of 2¢. For 7.5mins, that's asinine! However, some of the activities, like the surveys, in-store shopping/receipt upload and games (such as Swago) can offer a great bonus here and there.
Answer: You never get paid from there discovery items, huge scam
