To hard to. Obtain points: survey only wast your time: after you spend half an hour on what says is a 10 minute survey, you end up not qualifying- And wasted your time. Then when it comes time to watch video's you click the activity, and it'll come back an say no longer available. Yes I put up with all this BS. But would never recommend to a friend- use to be somewhat reasonable to play. But over the past couple of years has really gone down hill.

They will find an excuse to close your account if you make a lot of dollars in gift cards even if you are playing totally by their rules. My brother had several hundred dollars worth in shop and earn credits and they didn't pay him and then when he complained about it they shut his account. The put on this " "We are liberal green diverse socially concerned company who loves the president and any one who doesn't is evil" face but like many companies I have found like this have ZERO ethics. If you use this site don't try to hard and don't make waves when they screw you.

I've been a Swagbucks member for over 5 years. I make around $30 per month. It does take time every day, so if you only have an hour or so per day, it will take much more time to make money on it. Most veterans know that not all special offers pay, so you need to take screenshots of your completion or thank you pages and submit them to support for payout. Most surveys do pay, but sometimes you'll get timed out because they can reach max response at any time during the survey. To sum it up, no, it is not a scam, it just takes dedication.

I've been using swagbucks for two years now and it's one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. I only spend up to 3 hours on it every day and I get rewards at least 2 times a month. It is awesome

I signed up because they had 2 offers I wanted to try and everything was great for about 3 months but now I've had a few offers not work and the customer service is just a robot that says the same response and apologizes. I realize if it doesn't track it's hard to deal with, but it's your site swagbucks, not mine.

I was elated when I first started. But after a week, the same problems are occurring that occur with other survey sites... no credit given after survey complete... unreasonable time involved in getting disqualified. In the last 2 days, I have failed to receive over 100 SB for surveys that showed being completed on their last page. I will stay a while longer since they are still the best site I've tried. As for filing a complaint about surveys with them, it's almost impossible due to the way they have it set up. Good site if you stay patient.

Just signed up this week. They had a couple offers for subscription services that I had been wanting to try out anyway. It helps motivate me when I get back more in SwagBucks than I spend in dollars, making the services better than free (at least for the 1st month). The only downside is redeeming SwagBucks for gift cards or paypal does take a few days. And, remembering to cancel the services if I no longer want to continue.

I did take away one star, just for the surveys. The surveys are very deceptive, in the fact they collect your info, then multiple questions into the survey, it decides your not a candidate. Absolute waste of time and frustrating.

Pretty much everything they offer is straight forward and you will actually get rewarded for it. I spent less than $10 on things I regularly purchase, did a few surveys and played some games to earn my visa gift card. Oh and it took me about a week to have more than 1000($10) in swagbucks so I'd recommend it to anyone looking to make a tiny bit of money in their free time.
